My name is Michele Moore and I live in Digby Nova Scotia , My customer # is 16684905 and my RMA for the returning of this Keto 1500 order on June 23rd 2021 is 16684905324524 ... I ordered Keto 1500 at my Daughters request from a Facebook ad on April 22nd 2021 for an introductory fantastic deal advertisement buy 3 bottles for $39.97 and receive 3 bottles free with free shipping .I agreed to order them for her even though I was thinking she really doesn't need them. I used my virtual visa RBC card to make the purchase. I received a phone call from a Keto 1500 agent the next day (April 26th )Thanking me for my order ,but told me these Keto pills don't work well without a cleanser and tried to talk me into purchasing this cleansing aid to ensure the Keto 1500 will work ,I was thinking this is a money grab and a scam , I declined and told the agent I don't want the Keto because no where in the advertisement did it mention anything about needing a Cleansing pill to work with the Keto 1500 for success. He then told me they couldn't cancel my original order because it has already been sent out which when he 1st starting offering me the Cleansing pills to go out with the keto pills together! So I told him I would be returning the Keto 1500 to them as soon as the package arrives. That I don't trust them. I then hung up and checked my bank account I realized that they had charged me $311.08 for this order that should of been $39.97... I was SHOCKED ! I then called them back the next day and told them this is a scam and I'm furious that they took the $311.08 out of my account. The agent advised me that my daughter and I read the ad wrong that it is advertised that the 1st 3 bottles are $39.97 each and the other 3 bottles are free with all being free shipping , Well I told him that's not how the Ad reads but even so ,Why did you take $311.08 out of my account when if we did misunderstand the price ? They should of only taken $119.91! He agreed and said it was a mistake and I was charged $79.97 for the 3 bottles each but they would return the difference to my account asap. But they never did. I called them a number of times and also after I received the order and they told me I had to wait a month after receiving the order even though I told them the package wouldn't be open . I was told I could call them for a RMA # and return them on June 22nd and I did and was assured many times my full amount of $311.08 would be returned to me once they received the return package unopened ! I called appx.2 weeks after asking for my money back and they told me a charge of 8.00 per bottle would be charged for a restocking fee which is ridiculous because they got all unopened bottles back. I waited another 2 weeks and asked them for the return of my money and this agent told me a restocking fee of $8.95 will be charged from my $311.08 that they owe me and I told them that's ridiculous again and that I was already told it was a fee of $8.00 Not $8.95 but he said the other agent was wrong! So I agreed and said Ok, That I will pay the $53.70 restocking fee but I want my $257.38 returned to my account right away ,that I shouldn't have to wait any longer when they received their Keto 1500 unopened over a month 1/2 ago and I did everything they asked and now they need to do the right thing and return my money . Well after yesterdays call... They told me to go to your site again and tell my story and then they would return my long over due money to my account ,So I'm hoping this is what it takes to end this ongoing nightmare and at least my $257.38 will be in my account ASAP... I've called them appx. 10 times and I pray I don't have to call them again after this letter of my struggles trying to get them to do the honest and right thing !

I reluctantly ordered one bottle of this product for $67. I received confirmation of the order, but no receipt. I couple days later, noticed a $239 charge to my debit card! When I called to cancel the order, was told it was too late and had already been shipped, but not to worry as there is a money back guarantee. When I called again For a refund, I was told that I had to try the product for 60 days before they would issue one. When I told them I did not want to put a product in my body from a company with such deceptive billing practices I was told “who are you going to complain to?” Then hung up on. Their phone number for returns on the website is disconnected and they also enrolled me in a monthly membership, without my consent! Huge scam!

Keto 1500 posts information about their weight loss program using a quote from Katie Simpson of CBC. The quote is false and Katie Simpson did not authorize the use of her image or implied endorsement. They offer to sell three bottles of product at $39.95 and get three bottles free but actually they charge $39.95 for all six bottles. So they scam by using a false endorsement and misleading pricing.
