Scammers! Do Not Buy From Keidson, www.babymlove.com Their email: “Dugan”[email protected] you will not get what you ordered. They will send you an inferiority product and expect you to over pay for it, by offering 10% refund on your original purchase if you keep the crap they actually sent.
I ordered retro typewriter style wireless value 69.00 what I got was wireless slim keyboard value 20.00 (see pics)
They want to keep your money and will play email games with you. For me this is not about the money any more ... they are committing fraud and theft! They have learned they can get away with this ... I have learned a valuable lesson here... I will never order of FB again. Please do not order from this company it’s a scam to keep your money in exchange for an inferior product.

Stay away from either of these companies. I ordered an 'Advanced wall scanner' that was advertised to work in conjunction with my smartphone to show objects (i.e. pipes/wires etc) behind the wall. My receipt through PayPal came from Keidson but the email communication was all through babymlove. Instead of the product I ordered I was sent a basic stud finder that simply emits a light sound when it is in close proximity to a wall stud. I have been in contact with the seller multiple times but they are refusing to refund my money or sent the advertised products. They want me to accept the incorrectly sent product for a discount (that started at 10% and eventually went up to 20%). Even with the discount, the product they sent is not worth that and it is not what I want or ordered. I asked them to refund my $51.18 that I was out of pocket for, they refused. I then filled a complaint through PayPal and now they say they ony way they will refund me is if I return ship it to an address in China - I have the product in ita original shipping envelope and it came from California. I have zero faith they will recieve the product back in time to issue any refund.

After waiting a long time to get any information on the shipment of the GA-26 coming from babymlove.com. Which by the way is not the company I ordered from. It what looked like a Gpay store then I received a message from [email protected] with a tracking number that didn't work on any of the standard shipping companies. So I message them about that and received a message from babymlove.com with yet a different tracking number that only works on track 17 what ever that is. Now this tracker only moves if you send a message. So the package is supposed to be coming from China through Chicago then St.Louis their. I got in touch with PayPal and two days later the small package arrives from California. With yet a different tracking number. So 25 days after ordering I get this package approximately 6" X 5" X 1" thick no way there is a battery operated Stihl chainsaw in this.

I opened the package that I can hold in the palm of my hand and in a plastic bag is a small black black bag. In this bag is a length of chainsaw chain attached to orange straps.

According to my receipt it said "battery operated saw" According to the video its a Stihl Chainsaw call a GA-26 of which I videoed the ad and screen shot the end view to show a friend.

See below what I ordered and what I got. Nobody would spend $36 on that stupid chain on a strap.

I ordered a “The Child” animatronic figure with lifelike motorized movements, sounds and force activation for $59.98. What I got was a cheap plastic toy that does nothing. When I contacted the seller they told me to pay to send the item back for a refund or they could give me a 10% refund in which I refused since they misrepresented their product and I shouldn’t have to pay to get my money back. After several correspondence with them I escalated the purchase to PayPal and now PayPal is also making me jump through hoops to get my money refunded. I’ve been dealing with this issue since mid June and I still am dealing with it.

I also mistakenly ordered the “life like” baby shark, video showed it was animatronic. I received a worthless rubber shark that does absolutely nothing. Such a rip off. I filed a claim on pay pal. The company offered 10% refund or else I could send back the shark and they would refund the purchase amount minus the shipping cost ( which makes no sense since I would be the one paying to ship it back) so after haggling they have now come up to 35% refund which is still ridiculous considering I paid Almost $50 for a stupid rubber shark. I am debating on whether to escalate the claim to pay pal but I have no way of knowing if this move will even be a benefit or if I should just take the 35% and cut my losses? So frustrating dealing with scam companies like this! You would think pay pal would have a pretty good case history on this company based on the sheer number of claims filed against them.

what kind of hoops are Paypal making you jump through? I just escalated my claim with these crooks so I'd rather be forewarned! I've sent all the documentation I have so not sure what else I can send them. I can't find an ad for the product that I purchased b/c of COURSE the website store has disappeared and the ads are no longer being run. This makes me so furious as CLEARLY Paypal knows that this company is fraudulent and isn't taking the necessary steps to withdraw their services.

I purchased a couple rockcrawler rc trucks from a facebook add for $67 each. I received, a month later, 2 cheep $10 rc jeeps. I got the same 10% refund offer and have been back and fourth we multiple emails attempting to get a refund. I now realize this is a loosing battle.

On July 3rd 2020 I purchased an item from the keidson vendor which is out of china i paid 92.00 dollors for a costume that was advertised on their wedsite as en extreme edition Darth vader costume showing the picture of it. what i received was a cheap costume of nylon material and a kids mask. I requested a full refund, through paypal and them. the vendor failed to send a return shipping invoice because they knew it would cost three times the amount of the item purchased. To be exact this 3 ounce costume to ship back would cost me 239.00 dollars and thirty seven cents. Paypal has not been any help here with this also. I would caution All US consumers purchasing anything from abroad to not do so until these things can be regulated. Major stores deal with the Government of these countries and have certain guidelines, and contracts for their products. This scam is used by many vendors out of the country , Paypal also needs to do better to whom they accept as clients so that they can really help us.

Like others, I attempted to purchase the retro keyboard that they had listed. The product they sent out was nothing like what was advertised, and PayPal has been unhelpful in trying to set this straight.

There's an image of the website I ordered from, and the product they sent me. Nothing at all alike.

The return address for the product is invalid and the Royal Mail cannot create a tracked label for it.

Please do not use these scammers.

I had ordered the Beatles Miniature Guitar Ed Sullivan Set of 4 Guitar & Drums Super Mini 4 Mic on July 10th, 2020, for $59.99 plus $6.99 shipping. I recieved a small envelope on Aug. 18th, 2020 which had a drum set and one guitar. I have been going back and fourth emailing with, [email protected], and it started saying they were sorry and they will correct problem. Now they are trying to tell me it will cost $10.00 to 15.00 to send package back and just keep the package. But the balance of the order, was not an option. This is a total scam. I have filed a complaint with PayPal, which is still in progress. Do not deal with these people.

Gary. hope your issue has been resolved but I expect it hasn't. I have been scammed as well and unfortunately Paypal seem to be doing little/nothing to help the many cases. It may be somebody at Paypal is or has been getting back handers from Keidson. I think they are hoping people will get fed up and just drop their cases. I tried to leave less than positive feedback to Paypal and it gets refused.

Nach einigen Wochen kam von Hermes, Absender Mainz, Grosostheim ein Versandbeutel mit Inhalt ein kleines weisses Schächtelchen ohne Lieferschein etc. Darin eine Gitarre und ein Schlagzeug, mehr nicht. Selbst die angegebene Grösse stimmt nicht. Bestellt habe ich Schlagzeug, vier Gitarren, Stative und Verstärker das ganze Set eben.
Nach mehreren E- Mails möchte man mir mit 20 % entgegen kommen.
Werde denen meine Kontonummer allerdings nicht preisgeben. Deren Internetseite geht auch nicht auf.
Jedenfalls Finger weg von solchen Seiten.

On August 7 I Ordered 2 each of the battery powered wood cutters item GTA 26 @ $29.99 ea plus expedited shipping of $7.99..
Received yesterday 2 each pocket chainsaws...consisted of a chain attached to a strap for use manually.
This merchandise is a POS. It was sent USPS from a PO Box in Rosemead, CA(No company name listed and no packing slip).
In my personal opinion neither Pay Pal nor Facebook are not doing their due diligence.

When you order there is one company listed on Facebook, then payment is listed as being paid to www.gpay.store and PayPal listed payment to Keidson & that payment was sent to [email protected].
If you google that you can see that Keidson and babymlove.com have been scamming us for a long time.
Now hopefully some other unsuspecting person will not be scammed by them.

I ordered a Beatles Ed Sullivan mini guitar, drums, mic's deluxe set of instruments from keidson on facebook wish. All that arrived was 1 miniature guitar and 1 set of drums, I paid almost £60.00 for this and cannot contact the company for a refund. Very dodgy.

DON'T trust them!
I ordered a set of adjustable belt on April 10 and I paid for expedited shipping! I never received it! I disputed it on PayPal and they claimed that they delivered the package after 130 days! I never received it ! I would have never order it If I knew it is coming from CHINA! who can really trust them! And I would never buy anything through PayPal! I lost $33 for something it worths less than $1.

Bought a small Stihl chainsaw to do hedge trimming for small limbs. And to cut boards. After a week of not getting a confirmation email I emailed them my concern they gave me a tracking number that fit none of the standard shipping companies like UPS USPS FedEx extra. They did not answer for a week so I sent them yet another one telling them I thought they were a scam and I was going to be reporting them to PayPal they sent me a different tracking number with a place that I could track them from. It all looks real nice except. It got to their Airport in their country. And has been in the air now for 3 days. I will be contacting PayPal.

My GF fell victim to this same scam, they were at $89 for them at the time (price had dropped down to $69 on the listing by the time PayPal got involved). We never opened the BS Lego dragons, refused all BS 10%, 20% refunds when we called them on the bait and switch. Documented all of the communications. At all times insisted on a full refund being guaranteed and them paying for return shipping, as we had already paid shipping one way and the items in question were explicitly not what we had ordered or what was listed. When keidson refused to comply, we went to Paypal with all of the evidence. We had never opened the $5 Lego packs and had picture of everything, links to the pages of the items which we purchased which matched what Paypal had in its system. The most trouble we had with Paypal was due to the fact that she had bought it as a guest rather than with a Paypal account. We received a full refund, but had to not let up on Paypal, especially when the seller tried to repeat the ridiculous partial refund offers. We repeated our previous stance of no, we want a full refund and if they want the 2 $5 Lego dragon sets back, then they will be paying return shipping on them. Paypal sided with us, and keidson told them we didn't have to return the cheapo sets.

They then offered us 10% back and keep what was sent to us. Unacceptable. We asked again for a full refund or the promised product. Now they want us to ship the items back at our expense for a refund (approximately $10.00 shipping). These would have been amazing Christmas presents for our kids, but what we received is far from impressive, much like their customer service.

yup... i purchased 2 of the motorized bumper boats for $109.00... received 2 water rings... worth less than $10 each. They offered me 10% refund then went up incrementally until 25% I believe... i contacted Paypal and Keidson offered for me to return the item... but I'm fairly certain it will get "lost in the mail" and I'll NEVER see any refund if I take them up on that offer. Just escalated the claim on Paypal... from what I've seen here that will be fruitless as well... but gotta try! What a drag!
