Original order placed through pawppithouse.com for Gnome Welcome sign. Worst thing I have EVER ordered/purchased. NO information on how the items are to attach. A couple of pieces were broken. I bought an human body anatomical model advertised on FB shown as an 18 inches model having a lot of separate parts, I received a 9 inch model with few separable parts. The value is 5 $ against 100$ paid. I receive the offer of a chargeback of 10 $. They are joking being that people doesn't return good having to pay high shipment cost to china.

I ordered what I thought was going to be a beautiful hand-bound leather bound journal with divider tabs. What I got was a scratched up faux leather journal that looked nothing like the one I had ordered. The only thing similar were the dimensions. It was packaged very poorly which is where I assume the scratches came from. I filed a claim with PayPal and am still awaiting their conclusion, though after reading all of these posts I'm not optimistic. Herein thought this was a reputable company as it was advertised on Facebook...guess I'll have to look doubly hard at all ads from there in the future.

bought two drones off them I actually received 2 drones but not the ones I ordered and the 3 extra batteries I ordered didn't come and the remote control isnt the same one advertised and no instructions came with them on where to download the program to fly them I should have gone to my local electronics store and bought the new mavic mini 2 fly more combo I know it is $1000 but at least I know mavic can be trusted

Same here, these people are the worst, sent a classic bait and switch flashlight for $1 weak light that is about a 5 dollar flashlight and they expect me to send them back on my dime-why does PayPal allow these thieves the ability to sell and collect money when they are known scammers? Don’t buy it these should never have been allowed to sell they are dishonest and deceitful sellers.

I ordered a wood saw on line that said Still so I thought it was safe. 3 Months later it hasn't showed up. I realize I have been scammed, I never would have tried to purchase it if I knew it was coming from China. Contacting Pay pall to try and get a refund. Same as many, I ordered the mechanical retro typewriter style keyboard. I received a cheap mini keyboard worth dollars. They insisted they sent the right item and if I was unhappy, they would refund 10%. I returned the item to the return address in California.
I tried to resolve with PayPal, worthless. Paypal's big issue with not being able to side with me was that I did not return it to the address they in China. Now I am trying to get Capital One to refund. They sided with the company, but hopefully after all my evidence, I will win out. This is ridiculous that they get away with this!

This is urgent as thousands of U.S. consumers are being impact in the peak of holiday shopping are being frauded. The Fraudster is using PayPal and warehouses located in the State of California. One of the warehouses is/was at 2805 W El Segundo Blvd suite 1, Hawthorne, Ca 90250, USA (which appears to be a third-party fulfillment company) and they purport to use an address at P.O. Box 6368 Rosemead, CA 91770

The scam this site, a/k/a Keidson, is running is very widespread and somewhat sophisticated. They are trading under several names, but "Keidson", "bowwmalli.com", "babymlove.com", "monnmalli.com", "tomysweids.com", "nihoxe.com", "facethree.shop" appear to be more prevalent. They advertise certain brand products that may have a retail price of $50 to $500+ dollars at an attractive discount, then, 4-12+ weeks later, ship a completely different product to show a tracking number delivery. Examples range from people buying appliances and being shipped little plastic toys to just garbage being placed in the parcel. I think they intentionally delay the shipments (despite customers paying for expedited shipping) hoping customers forget about their order and to get past the statutory dispute periods on many credit/debit cards policies. The merchant has exploited a process loophole in PayPal's fraud resolution procedure - when the order is disputed by the customer, Keidson provides the tracking number as "proof" it was delivered. It seems like PayPal's resolution specialists don't look at the photos of the contents of the parcels compared to the actual items ordered.
Requests to the merchant to send the correct product, issue a refund, or provide a means to return the incorrect items sent are met with only template responses that do not in any way answer the questions or concerns posed - the responses are all generic. All inquiries seem to receive a delayed response of 5-10 different templates offering anywhere from 5% to 50% refund in exchange for keeping the product - none references anything about the issue or anything specific about the order. I think they have a bot auto-responder on a timer and not even a real customer service person reading the email.

Regardless of the template, all of the responses say something along the lines of it costs a bunch of money to ship it back to China which often exceeds the dollar value of the order and the customer is responsible for the shipping and also risk for the product in return transit - they request the customer "keep it or give it away as a gift" in exchange for a nominal credit. They ship from a U.S warehouse in California, but demand the product be returned to China (not even a real address in China) at the customer's expense. The email addresses used are all Chinese webmail providers and not a URL of the actual company. There is no phone number to reach them and the US warehouse address is a third-party Chinese fulfillment center that handles import/export orders.

Take a look at the hundreds of examples in the PayPal Community threads. Google searches will reveal thousands of consumers being scammed (many using PayPal as the means of payment). This appears to be happening to PayPal customers in Europe as well. Some U.S. consumers are even alleging certain front-line employees at PayPal may be in on scam which is why the dispute resolutions are not working and the wide-spread scammer is not being shutdown.

This represents both a SIGNIFICANT LEGAL AND REPUTATIONAL RISK FOR PAYPAL.

I purchased a flashlight from Keidson for $69 and I did not receive what I ordered. It was supposed to of been a 1000000 lumens titanium torch flashlight and They sent me a cheap plastic flashlight that is falling apart and the battery won't charge. This is a bunch of BS!

ordered flashlights (2) that took over a month to receive, the came with chargers for EUROPEAN POWER instead of USA, had to go through paypal, they sent me worthless junk since they could not be charged AND the description of the light is nothing like what these things do-weak center spotlight, three power functions (was supposed to be 8 levels of power). The light worked but only has one bulb and my little Rayovac flash light is brighter than this one. I send the money back .?am not satisfied at all. ???? and they didn't even send the box that goes on it the heavy duty box I ordered with it. These people are running a bate and switch scam and I was one of their many victims. The stud finder I ordered was of very high quality what I received was a piece of junk. They said it was a mistake and offered to refund me 10% of what I had paid. I told them it was their problem and that I wanted a full refund. They wanted me to return it to a Chinese address at my expense and pay a restocking fee in addition to their original mailing cost. It wasn't worth the trouble and I doubt that they would have returned what little of my cost remained after all the fees. Avoid this site...

We got the same issue. Ordered a product and was charged $ 38.95. The shipping was valued at $10.00. They wanted $20.00 to send a shipping label to return. We ordered a battery operated hand cutter and got a inch chain with a loop on both ends. Vendor offered us 15% off next order to make up for the original price. Capital One realized this was a scam and refunded the full amount to my account. It took 3 contacts and letters with pic to do it but we did get our money back. Hope this helps

OMG, these are frauds and pretend to be an American company, THEY ARE FRAUDS!
I ordered a colorful, old fashioned keyboard and I got a cheap, small, black keyboard that can be connected to an android phone. This is ridiculous! Here is what I ordered and here is what I got. You decide if I've been ripped off! I'm so livid! DO NOT BUY FROM CHINA EVER AGAIN!
