I ordered a lighted witch yard decoration set for 59.99 That's not what i received..I got some halloween stuff maybe worth 20.00! I was completely SCAMMED and there's nothing i can do to get my money back! Something has to be done about these people taking advantage of people! Can anything be done with this or am i just a VICTIM?

I ordered a Godzilla as advertised here: https://www.accfac.com/products/godzilla-king-of-the-monsters-ultimate-article-g... />
The cost, including tax, was $75.96 (i.e. Atomic Breathe Mode)

In return, I received a product that looks to be about $10.00!

Attached are pictures of what I received, which is clearly not as advertised. In addition included a card that reads: “KINDLY NOTICE: *Complaint-Suggestions&Refund. PayPal and credit card takes time

*Contact us: [email protected]
Saving your time and offer you VIP service.”

It’s unfortunate that I got scammed. I want my money back if it’s at all possible, back to my PayPal account. I would also like to know any updates about this scam. Thank you.

File a Paypal complaint, Paypal will protect your services there, i use them a lot and in some cases VERY thankful I did. i have had many purchased either refunded or actually shipped to me due to Paypal sticking up for my purchase. they have some kind of power over these companies and they do go to work for you. Trust me is you have used Paypal for a purchase your in luck. File a dispute and let them handle it.

Dear Duyan,
I am concerned about your way of conducting business ! When your advertisement shows a large bonfire, that is able to hold and burn large wood logs, and you are telling me that I received my bonfire ! What I received in the mailbox was a toy mini candle holder ? I am not satisfied with your toy gift if that's what you call it ! If you are saying that the toy is the large bonfire in your advertisement, I think there is a bait and switch going on with your business !

Please, return my payment of $59.17 as soon as possible. What is your return address, so I can return your toy mini candle holder? Please see the attachment of what I received in the mail.

I order a Fold Drone and not what I saw when I ordered it. I received a workless tiny drone. I paid over 70$ and its not worth for what I got!

I order a fold drone its completely not what i ordered! What I got was a tiny piece of $#@@$! I paid Over 70$ ... not worth it ! Theres no contact info where I can call !

looks like this one. YA i got the same scam..

Ordered the large smokeless firepit and like everyone else, was sent a tiny one. Immediately started a claim with paypal after receiving the standard response from Keidson offering me a whopping 10% refund. The big issue with this is that Paypal continues to deal with a seller like this. Paypal needs some serious competition so we actually have somewhere else to turn when sending money through online platforms.

Same experience here. Have you managed to get a reply from them?

Ditto here. I purchased the animated Jack O'Lantern set of 3 for $100, and got 3 plastic *tiny* "talking" Jack O'Lanterns that I could've gotten at the Dollar Store for $3. PayPal brokered a refund, but I have to ship the *%$^ back to China at my expense! Not happy and once I get (if I get) my refund, I'm closing down my PayPal account. I've been a business member with them for almost 15 years.

Same thing just happened to me. I have an open case with Paypal.
Got a plastic pumpkin and Jack stuff animal.

I ordered a Misen 4 qt Dutch oven and received a small sauce pan that I paid $46 for. I have reported it to PayPal resolution center and await their response. I have also been in contact with this scammer and he had the nerve to tell me how much it would cost to send it back and suggest that I could give it to someone if I don't want to keep it.

If anybody would like this I got this from PayPal this is their address and telephone number that they gave me to send back the garbage that they sold me

I ordered Leatherman ems scissors and got a multipurpose tool. Misrepresentation and product swap. Man am I pissed!

Dealing with the same thing. Ordered Trauma Sheers and got Jeep Multi Tool. They want to give me a 10% refund and keep the multitools. Filed complaint with PayPal and my Credit Card Company.

Same here, have you got a resolution yet? They want to charge me $10 to return it.

Even though paypal continues to support the scammer by buying into the bull[censored] of that lowlife, they gave me the personal email now:
[email protected]

Just google it and get your answer. We see the baidu profile of this scammer. Based in china, thinks he's invincible and out of reach! Another scam made in china and the world just smiles politely!

Same awful experience as all of the others. These people are scam artists! Do not order anything from them!

I purchase a book via a facebook ad in Sept 2020. Quite expensive (60$) but the pop-up contents seemed worth it for my kid. A month later, a book arrives from China. Problem: it's the wrong book, so I contact the seller, showing pictures of what I received. Moreover, that book has a ~10$ retail price printed on it.

The seller replies a few days later, offering a 30% refund and suggest I keep the book as they consider it's a fine item, plus they blame the supplier. They suggest I forget about sending it back since it would be at my own expense and know by experience that it's at least 20$.

I argue: a 30% refund equals paying 42$ for the wrong book. Moreover, that's 4x the retail value of the said wrong book. Their suppliers, which means their responsibility… so they have to cover the cost to ship it back.

They lower the refund offer to 15% and suggest to take it or leave it. Otherwise I have to return it to a PO box in the US (which suggests they’re US based). I think it’s strange as the book was sent to me… from China! And they repeat that the fees to ship it back would be at my own expense.

This is already unacceptable, but the worth is to come.

I refuse their "offer", and repeat the mistake is theirs. Still, I offer an easy way out: I suggest they refund the difference between what I paid and the retail price of the wrong book - which I'd keep, and stop the nonsense.

They refuse and are so very sorry that my shopping experience is so poor. This is provoking.

Next step, I open a Paypal claim and suppose it will be easily settled. After all, a seller gets the wrong book delivered at my door and then offers a ridiculous partial refund - and refuses to pay the return fees. And has a website that left blank all the identifying information about them.

Answer from Paypal? They give me no room for discussion and ask for a tracking number / url after I send the package back - and when it arrives, I finally get refunded. The system has been gamed by the scammer and paypal supports that scammer!? Shipping the book to china would cost me more than 65$! And that would be at my own expense. So I try to contact paypal via their support email address but have no answer (after 5 days). So I use the contact form on Paypal asking them to review their offer… and asking them to have the seller provide me with a pre-paid shipping label. Again, no answer.

I can’t trust the seller, and paypal seems to support the scammer. I get a book I didn’t pay for and the seller doesn’t want to do his job. Paypal neither. As mentionned in the next paragraph, that "keidson" is a known scammer, reported many times to paypal, to no avail. Paypal is supporting fraud here.

But now, as I “investigate”. The “customer support” agents have responded from different email/domains:
Paypal name on invoice: “keidson”
Emails: [email protected]
[email protected]

It’s a copy-paste store. It’s easy to find the duplicates by googling a random sentence in the “about us”, “faq” or “terms and services”.

This seems to be a “known” scammer, reported many times to paypal. Google has plenty to say about this “keidson” or “babymylove”. Two example:

I order 3 large pumpkins - moving face for $69.89
What I received was 3 small plastic pumpkins - definitely not worth $69.89
more like $10.00
Not what was advertised. I want my money back!
#48031-MEJ48530
I odered 3 animated pumpkins with built in projectors. What I received are 3x plastic pumpkins that cackle and flash. Their faces do not move, they do not talk and they do not have a projector within. They are so small as well.
Very disappointed and angry with myself and them!

Same exact experience and they wanted me to send back at my expense. Yeah right...

Ordered a set of folding shears for $45, very unique product, rec'd a garbage generic multi-tool you can get at any hardware store for $5. Pure scam.

+3

I ordered a Smokeless Fire Pit for $59.17 on September 14, 2020 and it just arrived. The advertisement looked legit showing a group of people sitting in a circle with the item in the middle. Being only 5 inches in diameter it's pretty hard for a group of people to stay warm. What a scam and shame on Paypal for being apart of this company. I have shared my experience with family and friends and have concluded that Amazon is the best and safest company in ordering items. I tried many ways in contacting Paypal to get an email address to complain and to attach a picture of the Smokeless Fire Pit. No success! Well I got me a $59.17 ashtray. LOL!

me too, I sent the website info to solo stove they should be able to go after them for fake advertising and use of their marketing material

On July 26, 2020 I ordered a Typewriter Style Mechanical Wired & Wireless Keyboard - Shiny black from OneStuff.Store (a Keidson site). On August 18, I received a miniaturized tablet keyboard in a lightweight, padded envelope from a PO Box in Rosemead CA, which I thought was an unsolicited item sent by unscrupulous entities to pad their user feedback statistics. Only after checking tracking status on USPS did I realize what I received was my OneStuff order. I emailed [email protected] to notify them I had received the wrong product, and asked them to forward the product as ordered, and to provide information so I could return the product I had received. My reply included links to the same product on other ncservice sites (https://wolikee.com/products/typewriter-style-mechanical-wired-wireless-keyboar... and https://inteltey.com/products/typewriter-style-mechanical-wired-wireless-keyboar... to illustrate what I had ordered . On August 19, ncservice replied that they had not sent the wrong product, and that what I received is what I had ordered. I replied, insisting on the obviousness of the disparity and that they had shipped the wrong product, and reiterated my desire to return the product I had received in exchange for the product I had ordered. ncservice replied, again insisting it had sent the product as ordered, but offering a 10% refund and allowing me to keep the product received. I replied I wanted the product I ordered, and, after declining their offer to refund 20% of the item cost, filed a claim with PayPal on August 21. After 90 or so days of repeatedly pushing back the resolution date, PayPal advised I’d have to return the product to the seller, and that my refund depended on the seller acknowledging receipt. How PayPal can resolve a fraud claim based on the trustworthiness of the perpetrator is baffling. PayPal provided a Chinese-character address that translated to 1st Floor, Building A, Changben Science and Technology Park, No. 13, Songzai Road, Gaoying Village, Dalang Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong. However, I had three possible companies to use as the recipient: BuyEasyService, NC Service, or Keidson. I informed PayPal that I needed the correct customer name prior to shipping, especially as my refund depended on receipt confirmation . After three nudges, PayPal finally responded to my request for confirmation with another address: 699 Guangfulin Road, 1302 20th, Shanghai Sisongjiang District , SHANGHAI 201600. Further online research indicated that Keidson’s USA address was 2805 W El Segundo Blvd Suite 1, Hawthorne, CA 90250. I decided that no matter what address I used, any return would result in the seller denying that they’d received the item at issue. So I decided to just keep the thing I’d received and chalk the whole sour, sorry experience up to a lesson-learned, and now know to be more wary of sellers advertised on Facebook. Happily, after pushing back hard and with the above various addresses and questions, PayPal resolved the claim in my favor and issued a full refund…including the insulting “tip” on the seller’s receipt. PayPal further advised that Keidson is on its radar of evil entrepreneurs, so hopefully it will be easier to resolve claims against them in the future.

exact same return address here. Paypal doesn't give a damn here. So I've filed a complaint on the .gov website for online scams. Thanks for the US address btw.

I got scammed by the same company, ordered the complete Beatles set, showing the supposed order and what actually arrived.
The same story, when I contacted them, they offered a 40% discount and still never paid it. Paypal are investigating
