I ordered two “Nemo” type “Stargazer“ rocking and foldable camp chairs on May 25, 2020. I was eventually sent two chairs (arrived a couple weeks apart) that were just regular folding camp chairs. One even came with holes in the nylon chair and cover! I emailed them with my complaint but the wanted me to accept them as a replacement! The kept giving me a discount but I refused to accept something I never ordered. They had used a video ad thru FB/Instagram which now has been removed. I finally went to PayPal Dispute/Claim and have been going back and forth with them. Finally got an email stating vendor was offering refund but I had to ship items back and pay for shipping! This is more than a scam it is extortion! I’ve also made a claim with my CC company but they have now asked for pages of back and forth of all correspondence. Maddening!

I had seen an ad on Facebook for this baby Star Wars character that was supposed to move it's head and arms life like. I ordered it for my daughter after shipping it was over $40 the ad was 50% off so I was like alright. Finally when it arrived it was a 3 inch rubber looking chew toy for a dog. I went back and forth with Paypal for a refund. They said 30% I disagreed they finally came back with 100% refund with return. These people are total scammers I wish I investigated them better before wasting my money.

I bought a ‘large smokeless bonfire ‘ for over £40 it is less than 15cm in size & as with others when contacted seller got ridiculous response asking me to pay to return it or accept 50% discount .Have escalated dispute to PayPal as no response to second email to seller . I wish I’d seen this before I made purchase ?

I have been working on a dispute via PayPal over the same product. After being offered seversl 10, 30 and 50% discount refunds they finally sent this message with address in China. The package was sent to me from Rosemead CA. I am next requesting full refund from PayPal. Here is the latest respons from keidson:

Just received my order and it’s a freaking SCAM. I could of gotten them at the dollar store. Even the size they advertise was a bigger pumpkin. False advertisement, ripping off people with $100.

I order the talking pumpkin with projector. Paid through PayPal so I thought it would be “safe”. I received a small, apple size, hard plastic pumpkin and makes noise. I complained to PayPal, they said reach out to the vendor. So I did. I started getting response to “negotiate” a 30% then %50 refund “to save me money from returning the item”. So I did not accept and told them I either get a full refund because they have made a business to rip people off or I would gather all the other victims and make this a felony case. I am glad to see this list is already started but their are more victims out there. They need to be shut down ASAP. Still waiting for the next reply.

They are doing the same thing to me right now. Offering various refund percentages over the past few weeks. Then I started receiving emails from them acting like they don't know that my order has even been delivered. I sent the same response each time. I tell them to respond to my paypal claim. Sad that you can't even order something anymore and get what you ordered and paid for. I paid $69.99 for these three TINY pumpkins that look like they are worth $1 each. I am so upset.

Yes, I bought two Belgium Coffee Makers for $155 and received two basic siphon coffee makers I could have purchased for $28. I am investigating through Paypal but their eCommerce page is gone. In my opinion, FB, Paypal and any other company who moves money to this business or any other like it is committing fraud. They are participating in illegally sending our money to China.

So angry with these scammers. The halloween pumpkins delivered are 3 tiny pathetic things that look like they came out of a Christmas cracker. Total cost of around £1. Nothing like what was advertised on Facebook and clearly a scam. Seriously, there too many [censored] on this planet.

I too fell for the 3 animated projector singing pumpkins scam. Received 3 cheap little plastic toys that giggle. $69.90 gone. I feel like an [censored]. I know better than to fall for fb sales. I communicated with "[email protected]". I ordered the pumpkins on 08/29/20 and inquired when I would receive them. The arrived 09/23/20. The correspondence was not perfect English, but I was hoping.

I bought a telescope with zoom and tripod that was a complete piece of junk with no zoom and no tripod. Used Paypal. The only resolution I got was to return it for a refund. It cost me $27.75 to send it back to China, when it clearly said on the site that you could return to an address in the US. Avoid this company! I have no faith that Paypal will be able to get my money back and I just wasted more money returning it. I am also disappointed that Paypal is still working with this company and will avoid working with Paypal as a result.

I ordered a 20/30 key bay organ for 99 dollars and got a kiddie accordian. I will be going to paypal to open a claim against them if there is any action I can take here email me at [email protected]. It started when I saw a deal for what appeared to be a good product waited a few months got credible explanation on the shipment being delayed because of customs! Waited and waited finally it arived in a box that looked like it was through a war and the product does not even work as good as a good kiddy organ should notes play that should not and it sounds awfull! Ordered the Walabot Stud Finder for iOS - come to find out there isn't even an iOS version and they sent me a random piece of plastic just to have a tracking ID.
Unfortunately PAYPAL PROTECTS THIS SCAMMER and they sent me a message that as long as there is tracking information I, as the buyer, can not be protected.

Me too, a real scam.
Asked for refund and they offered 10% only, opened a dispute on PayPal and they told they want the keypad back so, in their dreams, I have to pay 22€ for the international traced shipping to have 49€ back.
And the worst thing is that PayPal agrees!

Paid $49.95 for what was pictured as a GO Joe size astronaut with a removable space suit but I got a 4 inch rubber astronaut whose helmet, backpack and Eva come off. Not worth $7. A real scam and the astronaut has a Chinese flag on his suit.
