hired them to promote my audiobook gave them 400 they stopped promoting 20 percent into the campaign

also hired them to redo my website. the gentlemen who I awas assigned was abusive always asking me for money after not moving on the project and collecting my 500 they did nothing Wheni forced the issue they had my name completely wrong and since I had publisher 4 books they only listed three and only reviews on one of the books They continued demand money. Im 79 years old which they knew but continued to abuse me and I was so upset.

also when hired them to do the audio book all they did was promote the book -----kignore all my complaints--thanks ***** ********
