Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered 3 items from what appeared to be a boutique based out of the US for $81.97. On social media, this company claimed they shipped all their items from New York City. The items arrived, they did not fit and they were of terrible quality. Their return policy, which I checked prior to ordering, states that they accept returns within 15 days but the buyer is responsible for shipping. Return instructions said to email their customer service department to start the return and as soon as I did that I realized something was wrong. The email provided was a vanity email that was associated with another "online boutique" offering the same merchandise. I asked customer service for a full refund and they told me in order to get one, I would need to pay to ship my items to China. I looked in to the cost to do that it was going to be $175. I contacted them again and said I was not paying more than the cost of the order to ship to China, and asked if they had a US address I could send the items to. They said no so then I asked if I could at least exchange the sizes and they told me they would do that for an additional $15. I was not giving them another dime so I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges but I'm not having much luck. After doing some research, I have found several other "online boutiques" selling similar apparel. They seem to also be operating under the names Hotshe Fashion, My Western Outfit and several others. In searching their name on Facebook I found multiple consumers that said they ordered from this company and either never received their items or they were terrible quality. So, now I have $80 worth of clothing that doesn't fit and is terrible quality. Buyer beware - if you even get your items, their return policy is deceptive and fraudulent!
