Pacco mai avvisato

Pacco mai arrivato, contattati via mail; inizialmente sostenevano che fosse arrivato in italia quindi ho richiesto più volte in quale città si trovava il pacco ed a quale corriere fosse stato incaricato per la consegna, mai ricevuta risposta in merito.

Chiedo di poter parlare con un operatore e questa è la risposta:
Ci scusiamo profondamente per l'inconveniente causato a voi. Abbiamo indagato sulla situazione e sembra che il tuo pacco sia stato perso durante il trasporto.
Siamo pienamente impegnati a risolvere questo problema per voi e siamo disposti a inviare nuovamente il pacchetto. Si prega di confermare se si desidera procedere con la spedizione.
Chiediamo cortesemente una risposta il prima possibile.

Rifiuto e mi risponde:
Ciao, caro cliente, i costi di spedizione internazionali sono relativamente alti. Se è necessario un rimborso, dobbiamo sostenere alcune delle perdite. Possiamo negoziare un rimborso del 30% per te. Pensi che questo vada bene?

Al mio rifiuto e dopo ulteriore richiesta di rimborso:
Gentile cliente, salve, i costi di spedizione internazionali sono relativamente alti. Se è necessario un rimborso, dobbiamo sopportare alcune perdite. Possiamo negoziare un rimborso del 60% per te. Pensi che questo vada bene?

Rifiuto nuovamente:
Gentile cliente, salve, i costi di spedizione internazionali sono relativamente alti. Se è necessario un rimborso, dobbiamo sopportare alcune perdite. Possiamo negoziare un rimborso del 90% per te. Pensi che questo vada bene?

Io alla fine:
VOGLIO SUBITO I MIEI SOLDI , LA PAZIENZA E' FINITAAAAAAAAAAA!

Tracking information is available and nothing arrived so I contacted them and they said signed for yet there’s no proof and the item was not delivered! Now they are not responding, yes cheap and fake but I don’t have much and just wanted to be able to fit in

Locjettare is shown as a clothing site, I made 3 orders for cloths, 1st order came is as a moissanite ring, I ended up keeping it because my neighbor like it, 2nd order never arrived but when I contacted the company they informed me they head sent another ring, 3rd order came in and was the exact same cheap ring (the original ring has already turned colors) After going back and forth with the company, they wanted me to pay to ship the ring back to China to get a full refund ( which I feel was not right, since I never got what I had ordered) I finally accepted a partial refund, so I could finally close the door on this scam. I want to let as many people know this site is a scammer, so they don't lose money also!
