A family member sent me a link for something she saw on Brad’s Deals for “Judy Blue” jeans. I ordered 2 pairs and after a month I still had not received them so I checked the tracking. They came straight from China, and the tracking said they were “Delivered, At Mailbox/courtyard”. I live in a single family home, so there is no courtyard, and nothing was delivered to my mailbox. I have Ring cameras and nothing was delivered at the day/time specified on the tracking link. I checked with neighbors and confirmed nobody received anything meant for me. I emailed the business through the contact us link and requested a refund in full due to the package not being delivered (I paid some kind of shipping insurance fee on my order), and she indicated that my claim would be investigated and she would get back to me. It’s been almost 2 months and I’ve sent 3 follow up emails and I’ve received NOTHING from the company. No refund, not even a response other than the initial “we’ll look into it and get back to you.” This is clearly a scam, and I am embarrassed because I should have known better.

I ordered and paid for products on 8/20/23. I never received a confirmation that the order was processed but money was withdrawn from my account immediately. When I inquired via email (because there was no phone number listed on the website) I received an email saying the order was processed and received tracking information from a fake shipping log. Weeks went by and I still never received my order so I inquired again. I received tracking information for a different shipping company that was also fake. I reached out and requested a refund and the seller has been unwilling to refund my money.

Company was advertising popular women's jeans through Brads Deals FB feed. Form fill for online shopping. Merchandise never came. Customer service reps provided little detail, a shipping number to an unknown carrier, suggested the merch had been stolen from my porch and offered a 10 percent refund. It's been at least 6 weeks and I still have not received the merchandise and they've stopped responding to my emails. They are a scam company committing fraud by misrepresentation.

I have attached all the emails I have had with this "company" since I made the purchase of the 4 pair of jeans. This has been going on over 2 months. The USPS tracking number they gave me was for someone else's package that lives in the same town as me but from a completely different company. I went to my local post office to figure this out since they started out making me track the package through one company then swapped it to usps. I just want the money I paid back. I will be contacting my bank now to see if I can get the money I paid them back since this is fraud and they are just saying the same crap in each email. I wanted other people to be aware in case they use this website. Because it looks legit and needs to be taken down ASAP!!

Ordered from what I thought was the website co workers were talking about. Paid for shipping insurance. (Site ensured if there were problems it would help if it got lost) somewhere I read that it was shipping out of Texas. Didn’t receive an email initially so thought it didn’t go through. Next day. I saw the charge and an international fee. Later that afternoon My husband made me aware that there was a 700.00 charge through delta Atlanta. Called bank and the canceled my card.

I did find the email in the junk folder and there was tracking but the tracking just keep going on finally a emailed them and they said it had been delivered but it had not been. So I have emailed several times. They say they reshipped but haven’t heard anything.
