A man called and said he was "Chad" a representative with JP Morgan Chase Fraud department and that fraud had been detected on my account. He said that a Jeanine Patterson in Richmind, VA attempted an account wire transfer of over $5,000. The man said we were on a recorded line and then asked what kind of phone was associated with my account if an Apple iPhone or Android, if I used Google Pay or other phone pay recently, if I had recently used my bank credit card. He also asked if I would override somthing. I said I did not authorize a wire transfer, and asked him to send me an email regarding the fraud incident. He pressed me for the information asked above and I refused and asked for an email and then he hung up.
