Fraudulent business

We purchased a used engine with 88k miles on it, for our granddaughter 2012 Subaru Legacy on July 12, 2023. Initial point of contact was Jeff Miller over the phone. We received and invoice that the amount was incorrect. I asked him to correct the price, he did and resent it to us. Now that tge ENGINE is supposed to have already arrived, no one answers the phone or if they do, they hang up. This morning we both, my husband Brian and I, received an email stating they have no record of our order or invoice. They had NO PROBLEM taking our money though. I'm enclosing screen shots of the corresponding emails. Please let me know if you require anything else from us.

Still have NOT received the engine. When we TRY to contact the company they don't answer, or hang up when they do answer. Plus they say they have NO record of our purchase. We have an order# and an invoice #.
