Still haven't received something I ordered a week prior to mothers day. Starting to think this company is just [censored] and cant meet their demand. Not a scam just incredibly bad business. The email I got in response was "high demand, be patient" when I literally ordered off an ad for a product that claimed it would arrive mothers day. Not only can they not handle their demand, they false advertise claims that cant be met. Never ordering from here again and buyers beware of my experience

I was able to reach them by going to the email that said “thanks” for my order... it had a bunch of emoticons. I simply hit reply. They responded almost immediately. I don’t know if that is why I received the package, but I recognize that the date of my email matched the date the product was shipped. Good luck!

I ordered two rose necklaces almost 4 weeks ago now and I cant contact them nor have I recieved any new updates abput my purchase... My tracking number never did work every since day 1 and now I'm worried about losing my order...

They took way too long to ship my order to me and now I have no gift for mothers day. One was for my wife and the other was for my mom which neither is getting any gifts now...

I ordered from these guys too... wish I had more to go on, but I think it's a scam. I ordered two so I could get the "free shipping"... everything looks legit, but I don't think so. If I get the product, at this point, I will be surprised. I DO NOT at this moment want to recommend them to ANYONE. Cannot get questions answered in their FAQ's. Clicking on "contact us" brings you back to the tracking that doesn't work. Emailing them with a reply to their original email received a quick response the first time with a new tracking number, but the second time has not. BUYERS BE WARY. I WISH I WAS.

UPDATE: I received my product in the mail today... while their address was over seas according to their website, it was shipped from a location in NY. They included another website with a voucher inside... but this website isn’t the joyyeco.com one, but Morliy.com...

Still can’t believe it arrived despite receiving three different tracking numbers that didn’t work.
