The scammer posted on a new and used concept 2 rowers, bikes and ski ergs Facebook group. They use real photos of these products from other peoples Instagram posts or Facebook marketplace to make their post more real. They are quick to negotiate the price and even mention that it is good to be careful of scams when you press for more information on if you pay after the product is delivered or not. I chose to use pay pal because of the sale of goods option (to protect my money) and they instructed me specifically to do it through the friends and family option. PayPal would not let the payment go through on the goods and services option because it had identified a scam. The name associated with the PayPal account is Jordy Solorio and they were adamant to use Apple Pay and cash app when PayPal would not work.
