They appear to own or use a YouTube account with the name and profile picture of a relatively well known and established streamer to mass send an, apparently, sponsored message announcing the conclusion of some sort of lottery or sweepstakes and it's winners:

It was a youtube scam and i clicked the link they made me deposit money thinking i won something but i didnt and took the money i had

I was reached out by a fake account impersonating one of my subscribers on YouTube stated that I won a drawing for $5000. Money was deposited into an account on Prizedice.com. Upon telling you that you can withdrawal the funds immediately, they make you deposit $100 in Crypto. Once that's verified, they tell you there's an Error and you need to deposit another $200 for verification of ownership of Crypto Wallet. Upon doing that, they then say there's a "VIP ERROR" and you have to deposit a total of $1200 to get any funds.

Scammer opened up an account impersonating Bluffing Bob YouTube content creator sent me a link for $5,000 sign up bonus thru a mention comment as shown in the pictures I will provide. I did play a couple games and won about $7,800. Tried to withdraw then it asked me for verification. For this verification I needed to deposit $100 then I would have been able to withdraw full amount.
