Received a bill from this company although I have never had coverage from them. My work benefits come straight from my paychecks and would not be billed by mail, nor do they use this company anyway. I called to question the reasons for the bill and they requested my name, birthday, and social security number to tell me any information. I did not give this information since it was suspicious and he would not assist me, or provide any proof that this was not a scam or attempt to steal my information.
