Paid for concert tickets in advance and got scammed

John "Zae" Gilliam, the scammer that used the online payment Zelle to get me to pay for the concert tickets in advance did not follow through with the service. This was the second time using his services so, when he asked to pay in advance on July 25, 2023 for the concert on October 14, 2023, I did. I lost a total of $1400. The day of concert John Gilliam said he was having issues his connect and he would contact me closer to the concert which he did not. I repeatedly tried to contact him which at some point he called back to say he was going to refund my $1400., which he did not. After many attempts he has not return any of my calls or texts. He is based in Atlanta, GA, USA.
