The scammer posted on Instagram about a store, Lucy and Yak, have a sale. The clothes were very cheap and the store was based in the UK. I received a confirmation email about my order from "jociton". The order was placed on March 31st. I received a tracking number and it took 30 days and it said that my package was delivered but nothing was on my doorstep. We have never had issues with people stealing but I thought that was the case. So I emailed their customer service and they sent me the package again and said it would be express. It took another 30 days to be "delivered" and again there was no package and teh tracking number didn't even have my address. There was no information on what service delivered or anything. I have emailed to ask for my money back and plan to also talk to my bank.

Via ads on Instagram or tiktok, under the business Lucy and Yak (which is real) having a sale with cute clothing items and bags, etc, but then turned back by saying “jocition” and took $45.37 (the amount I was paying for said clothing)

The website looked legit and had a few security checks. But the email was so sudden afterwards. And then there was no tracking number for the items bought. Emailed them to canc the order and they said theu have already sent out the clothes and everything was processed.... That was after 3 minutes of submitting it...
