Joazim sent wrong item and claims it was delivered

They claim product was delivered but never was, tracking number that was provided never even existed. They provided no solution on the matter stating a pair of sunglasses was sent instead of the product that i order and need to find package. I repeatedly told them this package was never delivered to me or any of my neighbors i spoke with the post office as well with the mail man and also have cameras all over my house , package never arrive they still claim it was delivered and to keep looking for it , i asked for a refund and they are still telling me to keep looking for the package, still not providing any help or solution i looked into this website Joazim.com and other customers have experience the same thing , scammed into purchasing something only to be sent a pair of worthless 1 dollar glasses. I lost $50.00 on this order. They also wanted me to provide them with the shipping company that was used as if i was the one that was sending the product and not them, no company would ask you for this information this is something they would know. I tried contacting support at [email protected] but got no real help.
