Through and Instagram ad, I purchased 2 Women's rompers- total cost $55.70. When they arrived they were of poor quality and much larger than my size. The same day I reached out to them at their website address [email protected] to ask how to return the items. Their website advertises ad 100% risk free purchase for 30days guaranteeing 100% satisfaction. They replied to my email asking for a picture of my items which I sent they then replied stating that they delivered the correct merchandise and offered me $5USD for my inconvenience. I refused their offer stating their on line policy and asked again how to return the items for a full refund. They replied stating again they were sorry for my inconvenience and asked if I would take $8 USD for my inconvenience. I refused again and asked for a manager. They replied offering $18 USD. They clearly have no intention of providing me the info to return their items and to obtain a full refund. They are a complete scam and I think need to be investigated. I should have more thoroughly checked them out before making this purchase.
