Ordered a Jim Shore item, got a fake tracking number instead.

The website said Jim Shore items going out of business. I ordered one item on November 7, 2023, for $16.00, never received. Contacted vendor they had tracking number that it was delivered. Tracking number was fake.

Ordered hummingbird ornaments from Jim Shore and never received them

They advertised hummingbird ornament and I ordered 5 of them from the website Jim Shore. I saw on the Jim Shore site they were reported as scam. I immediately emailed them at [email protected] wanting tracking number for my purchase. I lost $45.00 on this order. They did give me tracking number AT118912399CN and a link https://www.track718.com/en to track my package. I did see it progressing towards delivery but when it stated it was delivered and I didnt have it I emailed them again stating I had not received it. They told me USPS delivered it and I would have to contact them. They could not provide me with the exact address that it was delivered to only city and state. I did call local post office who states it is not a valid tracking number.
