I was emailed through one of the apt sites about this apt that was $1350. I emailed, texted, and talk with the owner, Timothy Refior, sent him back, all info he needed to check out on me. He emailed me back saying, he accepts wire, Zelle, or Venmo only. I Zelled him $2800, to his email, emailed me back, with the Acceptance letter. The $2800, was for, deposit, 1st month rent, and $100 for pet. He told me he’ll be sending the keys to me via FedEx/USPS, called him to see when he was gonna send the keys, now he tells me, uh, now I need your tax return. I said, can you just Zelle me back my $2800, said yes, you’ll get it later that same day on Mon, 2-26-24, now, all monies was sent to him on 2-21-24, that Wed. I tried to get in touch by, phone, text, and email, now he’s not responding at all, that’s when I got in touch with Zelle. Please help me get my money back. I am single and live paycheck to paycheck, worked hard for that money, can’t afford to just give money away, thank you!
