Purchased a pair of Sketches footwear which never arrived . Scammed out of $80 us, do not buy from this site. Got fake emails on shipping and tracking details which were all fake, buyers be aware and save your money. Report all dealings with this web site to help protect all other people from losing their hard earnt money.

My wife ordered a pair of sandals from Jellious Pte Ltd. They were supposed to be Clark’s sandals medium width. When they arrived they were very poor quality and wide width. They are useless to my wife. We wrote to tell them the sandals were not as described, and did not fit. The company refused to provide a return address and wrote that they would not issue a refund. They offered a 10% refund. After further contact they increased the offer to 20%. The sandals cannot be worn, so to keep them makes no sense. We are at our wits end. Please help.

After receiving the jeans and seeing that it was not the same material, color, and support as the ad describe/shown I immediately sent an email asking for a refund. I was told I would only get a 20% refund.
