I was texted from the (315) number stating they were Mr. Manuel Franco powerball winner and I won 50,000 of his 200 spin ball pool. To confirm my donation I needed to TEXT ONLY-Jeffrey Steven,@ (914) #, agent in charge, for confirmation to the 50,000... ok, so text the number stating I was chosen to receive 50,000. Immediately it responded back with a text stating to confirm my address to receive the winnings... Confirm my address? I text back asking them, what address do you have? They responded with- 'to earn my winning i have to give them my address and they stated they are not a scam'.. I laughed and called the number. A strange foreign male voice says Hello and whom am I.?. I asked, "Who are you".? The more he tried to speak correct English Immediately I knew this was a scam.. For this number to belong to a Jeffrey Steven-an agent in charge of Manuel Franco Powerball winner earnings, he sure does not sound like he is from this country nor sounds like a powerful attorney/lawyer that would be in charge of such duty... I hung up and text the number stating I will be reporting them to the proper authorities.
It is a shame that certain people try to scam us hard, honest working citizens. Be alert and beware of these types of scammers. ???. #INGODWETRUST.

I received a text message stating they were Manuel Franco and that he was giving 200 people 20,000 dollars of his lottery winnings. All I had to do was message a different phone number that was said to be the phone number of the agent “Jeffrey Steven”.

I am a private investigator and will search the names and numbers the scammers provided if any further investigation is needed.
