I ordered shoes from jdsportwearz and never received them

I ordered shoes off of the website jdsportwearz.com (jdsportwearz) on 12/25/2023 in the amount of $182.00. The $182.00 was taken out of my bank account the same day by www.daphare.com. I have since reached out to the website to contact someone at [email protected] in regards to the estimated delivery date, and have also looked into the product/order tracking on the website. The website will email me directly back from [email protected] stating someone will be in contact with me (auto replied I'm sure). I have yet to get any response or feedback. I have attached a copy of the email correspondence as well as the transaction from my bank statement.
