Scamming the mentally ill in Canada(Agent Williams James)

He scammed me more than 2000 dollars claiming I got a grant of 150.000 dollars and even said he was on way and got caught at customs then told me they wanted me to pay 300 more to get it across border I told him no and this is where it ended. He sent me photos etc and he's still out there he's not incarcerated I thought my dream would come true and I'm stuck in a mental institutions making very little money he takes advantage of the weak plz do somthing

Agent William James who is incarcerated at this very moment right where he belongs he wrote me a letter from jail stating that he was ready to come out of the closet as a gay man he told me in his letter that back in his priesthood he had molested several boys he is a known pedophile Agent Nancy Fredrickson is trying now to bail him out he had confessed to me that all the grants were in fact a scam

Recieved friend request on face book from an old high school awuaintance. later recieved a messenge poke under that name saying hi. I responded briefly then they proceeded to as if i knew about a new FDA program and said they were possibly getting 150 ktl that didnt gave to be paid back wanting me to go to the site of this James l William who tell me if I too could be eligible. My "friend" was urging that I do this right away and to use their name.
