Keep getting call from Elizabeth Faulkner

I keep getting call from these people saying I owe $2000 from a payday loan from 2013 from a company called EZ Pay or Corporation I never even heard of them last month I answered them to find out what this is all about they give me this file #712737 stthey emailed me a contract to sign to take $75 a month out starting the 15th they said important documents were undeliverable kinda scared me so I signed that contract but friends told me it sounds like a scam so I changed banking information now I got a voice-mail this morning saying there was a problem trying to take money out and want me to call back her name is Elizabeth Faulkner I'm on disability I can't afford this I have seizures why can't these people be stopped

Call from Jackson Avery & associates

Received a call from J.A. & Associates LLC on February 8, 2024 stating they were collecting a debt for EzMoney for a loan I was supposed to have got back in 2012 for $800 and something. With fees and everything it was over a thousand they agreed to let it be broken up into payments. I don’t owe this debt. I’ve never borrowed money from EzMoney. I think I would have remembered that much money. They had my information only I wasn’t working where they said in 2012 or banking at the bank they have down. They threatened filing papers and or garnishing my check which where I work would probably get me fired. I was dumb and let them have $200 that night cause they scared me but the more I think about I believe it was a scam. I’ve researched nothing from 2012 or from EzMoney is on my credit file. I’ve never received anything in the mail from these people either.

I recieved a call from jasmine with Jackson Avery associates trying to recovery a debt for a bounced check from 1996 that my ex wife had signed and they were targeting me because I was the primary account holder even though she’s the one that signed the check,there was. Ever any notice from Winn Dixie Groceries during the time that it supposedly bounced and nothing from the bank or Worthlessncheck unit in Alabama at that time it’s now 28 years later !!!

They wanted 415.00 for a 46.38 check or to settle the claim for 268.50 and they had to have a settlement that day or they would escalate the account to legal to start civil proceedings to try and garnish wages,put a lien on the house and said they could even have our suv that’s financed with a lender Repossessed if we didn’t pay it.

They sent documents to sign saying I was responsible for the $268.50 and would pay it on Friday !

I’ve since talked to the District Attorney and found similar cases filed with the ScamPulse.com and Scam Pulse !

They had a legitimate check from back then the sent me a copy of !
