On Sept 19 at 5:46pm I received a message on my cell threatening me with being arrested if I did not call back and resolve the issue.

Message said: "The next 24 working hours and once again expired after that you will be taken under custody by the local police as there are four serious allegations pressed on your name at this moment we would request you to get back to us so that we can discuss about this case before taking any legal action against you. The number to reach us is 313-356-2334."

Voice sounded automated. When I searched the number on line found that a lot of others were getting similar calls. I did not answer nor call back.

Phone call indicated we would be promptly arrested if we do not return their call.

Sounds somewhat official.

Received a call claiming to be from the IRS. I couldn't quite hear everything the message was saying, but it was along the lines that if I did not contact the number they provided within a certain time that I could be arrested. I called the number right back trying to get more information (even though I knew it was most likely a scam) and spoke to a person with a foreign accent. I was trying to get information but he would not give me any unless I gave him my information first. We got nowhere so I eventually hung up.

Today 19 September 2018, I received from two phone numbers listed above the same voice mail stating i needed to call then within 24 hours because i had pending warrants for unpaid taxes and the local cops were going to come and arrest me. i called the number back using a fake name and fake address and they were able to locate me in their records showing i owed $4,596.00. They gave me options to either fight the case in court or they could handle it. I asked what it would take to settle using their out of court services and they stated to go to closes store while we stayed on line and purchase a "Google" card. I hung up! I called the other number, once again gave them a different fake name and address and the amount I owed was the same. The individuals behind this have a very heavy foreign accent. I hung up!

I received two calls from the same person using two different numbers. I spoke with one person and eventually his supervisor who said I owed $4000 from an audit done 2012-2017. The supervisor said the only way to make this go away would be to pay $250 today. I didn't pay but called the ScamPulse.com who confirmed it was a scam. The two men had foreign accents.

Claiming to be from the IRS

I have received several calls from someone claiming to be with the IRS.

They say I Have four serious allegations against me.

I have 24 hours to call and take care of this problem or the cops will come to my house and arrest me.

I never return their call.

Called stating that this was a call to collect and IRS. I did not give out information . Just hung the phone.

I received a phone call claiming I owed money and I had 24 hours to get back to them...it was important and if they didn't hear from me, there would a police officer at my door to arrest me. I went to the local ScamPulse.com to check on it and discovered it was a scam.

had a recorded message from someone claiming to be from the tax crime investigation department at the IRS. Supposedly there is a warrant out for my arrest. Stated I needed to call them back right away. phone number given was 1-571-418-4238. (I am current on my taxes)

They have contacted me twice this afternoon. Leaving threatening voice mail if account not settled, legal action will take place. my c phone is not listed with IRS. I know for a fact that IRS does not make personal calls. The guy on the phone is a foreign non-speaking son of a bitch. Rude, demanding, arrogant maggot POS! When confronted, the [censored] hangs the phone up

I just got a call saying I owed taxes and I was going to be arrested in the next 45 minutes. She then forwarded me to her supervisor who said while there wasn't much they could do to help me she wanted to know how much money I had in my back account. There was a lot of noise in the background like a lot of these kinds of calls where being made in the same room.

I received another call from people claiming to be from the IRS. They tell me my local police department will be out to arrest me if I do not call this number back. This is the third round of calls I have received claiming to be from the IRS. I know its a scam, and just want others to be aware.

I received two phone calls 9/14/2018 this morning within 45 minutes of each other stating that I owed the IRS money and that I was endanger of losing my bank accounts and house if I did not call the number they provided back. Which I didn't. One call was from Abingdon, IL and the second was from Bronson, FL

It was a robocall that left vm messages. Here is the transcript:

Various emergency and time sensitive we are calling you from investigation team of I.R.S. We have just received a notification regarding your tax filings from the headquarters which will get expired in next 24 working hours and once it get expired after that you will be taken under custody by the local police as there are 4 serious allegations pressed on your name at this moment we would request you to get back to us so that we can discuss about this case before taking any legal action against you the number to reach us is 563-202-5013 I repeat 563-202-5013 thank you.

I got a call that was recording today around 11:00 saying I owed taxes and if I didn't call them back within 24 hours I would be arrested. I've called the number a couple of times but it's always busy.
