I received a call earlier today from a 482-601-6541 phone number. The caller claimed to be an IRS agent calling to collect owed tax returns. It also stated that if I did not provide payment I would be sued by them. This is a scam!

Someone claiming to be from IRS called consumer and said he owed money for back taxes and will be arrested if he does pay by end of the day. Consumer did not want to give any demographic information or phone/email. Phone: 254-247-0947
