Stated that he was with the IRS and that I had done something wrong on my taxes in 2010 and owed $1569 to the IRS and if I didn't pay today a warrant would be issued for my arrest. When I asked questions, he provided me with some of my personal information and gave me the name, location and email address of an IRS appeals settlement officer so I could see that he was legit. Told me to drive to walmart, not speak to anyone or answer any phone calls and buy 1500 in iTunes cards and pay them that way.

Pretended to be an IRS agent, here is the text: "WARNING:Criminal Investigation Division of I.R.S is filing a lawsuit against you, for more information call on +1-7033490539 on urgent basis otherwise your arrest warrant will be forwarded to your local police department and your properties, social benefits and bank accounts will be freezed by the government." Messgae says to call 703-349-0539, but the number on our caller ID is 202-660-9194.
