Card on my car

This morning I found an Investigation Unit card on my car with the same information as the others have, except a different case number. On the back it reads “Pleas call this number, thank you” with ‘please’ spelled wrong. I will not be contacting this scam number. I am more upset that these people feel comfortable walking onto people’s property to place their nonsense on peoples belongings. Disgraceful.

Multiple times I’ve had 2 woman knock on my door around 1-130pm while everyone is at work iam unable to answer my ring camera due to work, they leave a bogus card when I called the number I get a recording saying the number I’m calling from is in valid my husband tried & the same thing keep an eye out something isnt rt I’m going to report to the police dept

I found this card placed on my driver side door this morning when I went out to my car. It didn't look right to me because a real investigative unit would have a lot more to the card than what is on this one. I searched through my security feed and at 10:25pm om July 6th, a white male, dressed in a black shirt, with short black pants, white socks and flip flops on put it on my door... Should I direct this to the sheriff, or not worry about it?

On Wednesday, June, 13, an individual (driving a tow truck) came to our door and informed us he was here to repossess a Kia vehicle. He claimed the vehicle had been owned by my wife. We have been married over 40 years and she has never owned a Kia vehicle nor has she ever co-signed a note secured by such a vehicle. the driver left a vague/inexpensive business card with the name "Investigations Unit" in very bold print. There was an "investigator" name on it: "B. Hamilton". Office phone number: 954-361-6181. "License #": A1100056. There was no other identifying information. When I called the number, a person who identified herself as "Koaue" insisted on talking to my wife and would provide me no information. We have heard nothing more but it frightened my wife. Would organizations like this perform in such a way? Prior to this event, we received no written correspondence from this outfit (or any lending institution): No certified letter, email or regular mail. That seems totally wrong. *** ***
