At first, when I acquired the membership, I was somewhat insecure. I had heard many friends say that it was a bad investment but some others said that it was a goos option, that their experience always has been incredible.

Yes, it took me a couple of weeks to have the password and my account for the platform, but it was explained to me that there were technical issues and remodeling problems that did not seem strange to me at all because the lady on the phone was always friendly.

A few days ago I was finally able to access and I am planning my vacations in a couple of months.

Follow Through is not my experience

I began our "adventures" while on vacation in Mexico at another resort in January 2022. We were approached by a very nice person to discuss other options for travel. Sounded like something we would like - more global options. But after getting back and reviewing a number of "inconsistencies" for Innvictus Luxury Group it started looking like a real scam. I have been trying to work with them since we returned from Mexico, January 20, 2022 to cancel our membership. It is now August 18, 2022 and the run around is has been crazy. Always "in progress". FINALLY received some paperwork - spelled my name incorrectly, wanted me to send them more money, and then total "no contact" at all, even when I told them they needed to spell my name correctly. I was really hoping this was going to work out since day one. But when that did not, I was at least hopeful of the cancellation moving in the "right direction". It also seems a bit strange when a company says they are in Oklahoma City, OK and the State of Oklahoma, Secretary of State, has no knowledge of a business registered in the State of Oklahoma with even the word "Innvictus" in the name. I would love to have this resolved.

I became a member in February in Mexico and was told I would get my password for the website 4 weeks later. It never came. I phoned them several times and they told me it was in process. It is now the end of July and nothing has happened sofar. Is it real or a scam?

I had a blast on my spring break with this company! I didn't have to worry about anything other than getting to the airport on time and packing my bags. My reservation was made without problems and at an excellent price, my flight was scheduled and everything, I did not worry about anything and just enjoyed myself with my family.

I am terrible at organizing anything and a trip is much more complicated but I am extremely grateful for this company and it's team that very kindly helped me. GREAT EXPERIENCE AND 100% RECOMMENDED

Traveling with Innvictus is a luxury, and not because of the prices but because of its excellent quality. You can't ask for more from a company that offers you everything. From service, packages and staff.

I s[censored] at planning trips, I always forget something, I'm not good with the details, or I just can't find the attractive activities for me and my family members, so finding Innvictus has been wonderful.

I am delighted with the service they provide, they arranged my flights and helped me with a list of very fun activities, lodging, cruises... they have everything.

The staff is very good, I only had to send an email and a couple of calls and everything was ready for my trip.
Highly recommended if you want to have a fun-filled vacation.

I have been working with this company for the last couple of weeks and have received more support, assistance and information than with other companies that were clearly a fraud.

I have tried to get rid of my membership many, many times before and had already given up. I was making myself up to the idea that it was impossible, but glad I found INNVICTUS GROUP.

I am still in process, and I know it's going to take some time, that it's gonna get somehow slow, but everything seems to be on the right track.
