It was important for us to get access to our account to book our honeymoon trip sooner than what was stated in the contract. I purchased the program in Cozumel this past Feb 2023, and the date that we were going to get access to Innvictus was for April 1. I was able to get my access for March 1st instead thanks to the girls at customer service. My husband and I just got back from our honeymoon and we used Innvictus for our entire trip. We did airline, hotel, and a car rental for our 10 day stay and we really enjoyed how the program has been working for us so far!

I decided to cancel our membership that we signed up for back in February because my husband was suddently diagnosed with a terminal ilness and we are not going to be traveling any time soon. I had nobody who wanted to travel in our family so I decided to cancel. I finally got my refund after waiting 4 long months.
This is what I was adviced: If you dispute the charge with your credit card the process would take up to 6 months or more, so my bank suggested to not dispute the charge but rather ask the merchant to refund. Innvictus took longer than expected to refund the money but I did get my money refunded and reflected in my account 2 days ago. I saw some comments down below that scared me about the refund process, but if you are going through the process do not give up, you will get the money back.

The ladies at customer service are very nice, but sometimes it is hard to get them to do things on time or answer phone calls or emails. I understand that they are very busy with all the overwhelming amount of reservations, so that would be my only complaint. The program itself works great, I have been able to visit 2 of my sisters using my points and I have also rented out a car using my points for my stay when I visit family. I like that I can do many things in 1 single platform and I like that I dont need to pay maintenence fees on this membership!

Only made this account because we promised to leave a good review if the program worked for us, and truth is it has been working just fine! Not gonna lie, things were iffy in the beginning because I wanted my points to come in sooner than what was in the contract because I wanted to visit Paris before summer ended. I had a little bit of trouble dealing with customer service but they were finally able to get my points in sooner and help me with my reservation to Paris which is set for July 25, 2023 so I am looking forward to seeing how that goes! I recommend Innvictus.

Innvictus Luxury Group will not refund money per terms of the contract. On May 17 2023 we signed a contract for vacation services. Contract specifically state we would get full refund if we were dissatisfied within 3 years. On May 19, 2023 we cancelled. they initially promised a full refund. Now they refuse. $10,000 down the drain for nothing.

If it is any comfort you are not alone. We have been stonewalled, obfuscated, and lied to about a refund, that like you are entitled to. We were tricked into signing up but since a refund was available we went ahead. So much for that. Good luck we are looking into
complaints with the state AG.

We became members on April 2nd in Cabo San Lucas. We were very skeptical of the program, so we signed up for a trial and paid $500.00. We were told we would receive a password by mail within 4-6 weeks along with a program packet. After several phone calls we were told we would have to wait until June 1st for the membership to be activated. Here we are, it's June 9th, and we have not received anything by mail program and were told that in order to access the website we would have to pay an additional $1500.00. When we call our contact (Alfredo) we receive an auto response stating he is driving and asking what he can help us with. When we respond with our questions and ask him to call us, we receive no response. This is very discouraging and frustrating. We feel like the information we received during the presentation was misleading and are starting to think the Innvictus Luxury Group travel program is a scam. Is it real or a scam? Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated.

My family and I love using Innvictus for our travel. I like to have everything VERY organized and ready to go way before our vacation time. I used to hate having to flip between multiple websites in order to book airline tickets, hotels, car rentals, and all of our itineraries. However, since we purchased Innvictus I have been able to make reservations for everyhing all in one place, one webiste. I feel much more organized and prepared using Innvcitus and I will recommend anybody who plans their travel to purchase their membership.

Had the experience of going through the presentation while on vacation in Puerto Vallarta. We were approached by 2 guys who were selling activities while also inviting us to the presentation. We were brought to the offices of Innvictus and were greeted by 2 nice young ladies who did our check in, then we were taken to breakfast at a beach front restaurant who had great smoothies. Pepe, our sales person was very good at explaining the program and showing how everything worked. We decided to purchase and have already began traveling using Innvictus.

Our family will be having a family reunion in Cozumel this summer which is why we were sold on Innvictus in April. According to the ladies over at Oklahoma, our points were a delayed due to a backlog which is really my only complaint. Other than that, I am enjoying the program, it is easy to use for us older folks and we have our family reunion plans booked and ready to go.

We had a great time at the presentation with Al last month. He was very helpful and patient with all of our questions, concerns, and scenarios that we presented him with. The promoters were also very helpful and gave us free rides to and from our hotel during our stay. Reaching Al is very easy and also reaching customer service. The staff is friendly and ready to help. We might need some help with reservations since our points just came in and we are ready to make our first vacation plan.

I was able to meet Al in Cabo last month and really enjoyed the presentation. I thought it was a very neat program and I also enjoyed the fact that I could condense all of the dues and fees I paid yearly for my other timeshare and put it all in one charge upfront. I like that I will not have to pay any yearly fees and I can travel with my million eight points a year for 10 years. If I need more points I will not hesitate on purchasing more. If I have some left over, I will also not hesitate on selling my unnused points. Ready to travel with Innvictus Luxury Group.

Signed up for a trial program a little over a month ago since we were kind of skeptical on purchasing the program. Getting in contact with customer service can be kind of a hassle but you just need to have patience. Got our points today and we have began booking. I will be trying out the program and visiting Al on our next trip to Cabo to talk about purchasing the 10 year program soon if all runs smooth. Looking forward to traveling with Innvictus Lux.

Hi, Dont know why it wont let me reply to you directly but I did not want to sell my timeshare which is why I was offered a trial program. I want to give it a try before I go ahead and sale. But, I was able to book our first trip along with airline so It looks like the program is legit and we´re excited to start our travel.

Did you buy into this travel program by itself or did you sell them a timeshare that you wanted to get rid of and they bought the timeshare from you and you paid$$$ to join this club? Two separate contracts? TY I

We were leary about purchasing a plan with Innvictus. So we were offered 3 million points to try them out for only $100 out of pocket plus forfeiting the gifts we were offered to hear their presentation. We went for it. We have tried contacting Al in Cabo several times to see if Disney Resorts was on their list of hotels offered, no calls returned, and so no answers. So, I am glad it was only $100 we lost, and glad that we were leary of their program.

Hi Deb we bought into this today but they did not offer us a trial. I didn’t really see any bad reviews other than getting in contact with Al. Why do you feel like you lost $100? Do you regret purchasing or were you finally able to contact him?

Hi Deb,
I am assuming you probably signed up for a Trial just like we did a little over a month ago. I kept calling and sending emails and it sounds like they usually leave us trial people for last since we did not make a big puchase of the actual program. I was able to get in contact with a lady in customer service who was very helpful, she let us know that Al changed his number because his phone was stolen. She gave us his new number and she was able to answer our questions and is working on activating our points as well, Her name is Romina.

Had a bit of trouble dealing with customer service in the beginning, but once I was sent my welcome email everything ran smoothly. I wanted to book my family´s spring break trip and was able to do this using my points I purchased in Cabo. We will be going back to cabo for spring break and we were finally able to get into the resort we wanted using our points. Our points also covered our American Airline tickets for my 2 daughters, my wife and I. I was also able to rent a sedan for 5 days. We are looking into booking a cruise for December using our membership. Overall, best travel program ever created.

We just bought today. How long did it take you to get your welcome email so that you could log in and start using your points? It sounds like you are happy with the program. Did you do a trial or just buy in for 10 years?

I have always received my documents, reservations and others in a timely manner. This company provides excellent customer service in addition to providing affordable packages for everyone.

Their options are varied so you can enjoy everything they offer!
I have (so far) no complaints about this company.

At the beginning there was an issue with arranging my booking but i guess it happens when everyone wants to travel at the same time... in the end i had my week set up for fun and the kindly helped me book my flights to.

They do have a couple of issues with the password and the personal account with the website but i'm happy they offer full assistance over the phone.

At first, when I acquired the membership, I was somewhat insecure. I had heard many friends say that it was a bad investment but some others said that it was a goos option, that their experience always has been incredible.

Yes, it took me a couple of weeks to have the password and my account for the platform, but it was explained to me that there were technical issues and remodeling problems that did not seem strange to me at all because the lady on the phone was always friendly.

A few days ago I was finally able to access and I am planning my vacations in a couple of months.

I began our "adventures" while on vacation in Mexico at another resort in January 2022. We were approached by a very nice person to discuss other options for travel. Sounded like something we would like - more global options. But after getting back and reviewing a number of "inconsistencies" for Innvictus Luxury Group it started looking like a real scam. I have been trying to work with them since we returned from Mexico, January 20, 2022 to cancel our membership. It is now August 18, 2022 and the run around is has been crazy. Always "in progress". FINALLY received some paperwork - spelled my name incorrectly, wanted me to send them more money, and then total "no contact" at all, even when I told them they needed to spell my name correctly. I was really hoping this was going to work out since day one. But when that did not, I was at least hopeful of the cancellation moving in the "right direction". It also seems a bit strange when a company says they are in Oklahoma City, OK and the State of Oklahoma, Secretary of State, has no knowledge of a business registered in the State of Oklahoma with even the word "Innvictus" in the name. I would love to have this resolved.

I was given all the options to travel and was happy with the service and the resort where my family and I enjoyed our vacations this summer. It took longer than I expected when providing with options but at the end I received good service.

I became a member in February in Mexico and was told I would get my password for the website 4 weeks later. It never came. I phoned them several times and they told me it was in process. It is now the end of July and nothing has happened sofar. Is it real or a scam?

We are in the same boat. They told us the money part of our membership must be fully completed before they'll let us sign in. It's been over 6 months.
