I purchased a knitted cardigan sweater, what I received was absolute garbage, nothing like the sweater I ordered, I did not give permission to send a substitute sweater. Having contacted the company they are refusing to reimburse me, want me to make another purchase to get a discount. I refused and said the I ordered the sweater I did not the one they sent and that they had no business giving me a substitute and not just inform me that it was not available. I have tried to upload both pictures, but this only lets me upload one picture, I can send the one I ordered and if you email me I can send you the one they sent, ugh, ugly!!!
