My daughter made a purchase to in Flora on September 18, 2025. We received a confirmation number saying that the item would arrive in 8 to 10 business days a month later we did not receive anything and I started the email chain. I have emailed this company 20 times asking for tracking information asking for proof of delivery and I’ve gotten nothing.
