We received initially a phone call asking to speak to a manager about new products. They offered to send a sample of a deodorizer. We received a case. Two weeks later we received an invoice for the materials. We called and argued but with no success. Eventually, just to end it we paid the invoice and told them we wouldn't be doing business with them anymore. A few weeks later another product showed up and another invoice. We called to complain, again asking to speak with a manager or supervisor, and were told it was requested. It was never requested. A month later we received an invoice this time for something that was never ordered or delivered. We refuse to pay and will hand the matter over to our legal department.

Company calls and gets name of associate and tells associate they are going to send sample, associate says NO, but they send it anyway. They call the next day and "just to verify address" and use that as confirmation of purchase. Then they send the product with claims that it cannot be returned and then bill you an outrageous amount for a product you never ordered. They they start calling and harrassing the associates and making threats about getting payment.

This company and the salesman, Tim, claim that they called us and someone told them to send over this bucket of supplies to clean drains out. In reality, they called us, told us something would come for a sample to use and if we liked it buy in the future. The sample came, though larger then any sample i've seen before, and 2 weeks later they sent me an invoice for the sample. I called them to see what's up and they just started yelling at me telling me i'm full of [censored] and then hung up. I couldn't even get an answer to my simple questions which was "how do i return this item if i don't like it or need it, since i didn't order it anyways and now you're billing me". NO answer. This business is the epitome of [censored] and now want me to pay this invoice, which i won't do.

An apartment community of ours received a shipment of snow-melt. This was not placed by our company. We then contacted Industrial Chem Lab for a pick up. No one came to pick up the supplies - which we still have in the office. Then we received an invoice.

I looked up the company on line and found 339 complaints about this company and scams. I have now turned this invoice over to our attorney for investigations. I want others to know.

An INDUSTRIAL CHEM LABS salesman contacted our maintenance technician by phone, trying to talk him into purchasing a sewer cleaner product. The tech declined the order, stating that all approvals came from the home office. The salesman then lied stating that he had received authorization by someone from our home office at a trade show and was going to send the product anyway. In no way was authorization given, either via phone or at a trade show. The tech continued to decline the order, and after increased badgering by the salesman, finally hung up. INDUSTRIAL CHEM LABS then, instead of mailing the product to our management/maintenance office where they knew it would be refused, manipulated the delivery address and had it delivered directly to one of our elderly residents, who, not knowing any better, signed for the fraudulent package.

When the first invoice was received in December, we responded with a formal letter to INDUSTRIAL CHEM LABS, stating that they had thirty (30) days to arrange for the pick-up of their product and that we would not be paying the invoice because we did not place the order. When we received a Past Due notice in January, I called, trying to discuss the situation with a representative. He immediately became hostile and argumentative. I eventually ended the call, but not before he admitted that he had received my correspondence and threatened to send our account to collections if we did not immediately pay the invoice. We will be sending INDUSTRIAL CHEM LABS another letter today, giving them an additional fifteen (15) days to arrange to pick up their product, but if they do not, it will be discarded.

The tactics taken by INDUSTRIAL CHEM LABS are reprehensible. Surely there is something that someone can do to stop these types of companies.

I was contacted by phone and asked if I wanted a "free sample" of industrial Cleaner. About a week later I receive an invoice for $121.26.

They won't answer the phone or respond to emails.

They sent out "samples" of cleaning products and we were informed that we wouldn't be invoiced unless we submitted an order. We never submitted an order as we receive our products from another company. Then we started receiving invoices and when the owner tried to call and get a resolution, the customer service is very rude and starts yelling at you.
