Calendar never received after purchase

Shared 3 photos, received a text they were using one for NH . I paid 19 dollars for a calendar. Never received it. I will be filling a suit against them.

I submitted 2 photos for 2022 Stunning Louisiana and was told my photo was selected (but not told which one). Luckily, I only ordered one for myself and no friends/family ordered any, but I'm still out $20+. I also have to live with the embarrassment of telling everyone my photo was chosen for a calendar, just to go back and tell them all I got scammed though, so thanks ? I hope you people get brought down for what you're doing to everyone.

No picture!

I was sent a text saying my photo was chosen. Received a link to preview and my photo was in August, I believe. I ordered the calendar. Finally got it and now my photo is not there. Plus its like a book...how would I hang that up? I hope to get. Refund or the one where my picture is featured!

$25.00 paid, no calendar.

I submitted a picture to them, and they told me my picture would be included in their ‘Phenomenal Michigan 2022’ calendar, which would be available 12/18 or 12/19 of this year. I paid $25.00 for a calendar with my picture in it, they took my money and promptly disappeared after telling me’ We can assure you, this is not a scam’ ...No calendar, and they are not answering my E mails. I filed a complaint against them, through my card services, and they refunded my $25.00 indie treasures basically stole from me. Tomorrow is the first day of 2022. Shame on indie treasures. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. Below is the picture they said would be included in their ‘Phenomenal Michigan 2022’ calendar.

Just checked their website & the puzzles, easy to find your photo! I found that they used the first photo I sent & I did not get a text message that it was accepted! Photo may look better in puzzle as they use high-quality chipboard & 3 sizes 8x10, 11x14 & 20x16, for $$ 29,34 & 43. A lot for a puzzle! Puzzle is the whole page your photo is on in calendar. So, more money they are making off our photos! So, my first photo is in Magnificent NJ calendar & second photo in Delightful NJ calendar. Calendar NOT worth the price, they should be free to photographer!

Delightful NJ Calendar 2022

I received my calendar today (12/29) & my photo is in it, but so small & on plain paper! This is not a calendar that anyone else is buying; except us that were told our photo was going to be in it! There are 254 photos in the one I have, if only one per photo was purchase (by the photographer), that is $5,829.30 per calendar & they had 11 for New Jersey alone! That a lot of money, 11x 5,829.30 ($64,122.30) & that is one per photo! So, they don't need to sell to anyone else! The only good part of the calendar is the cover & that photo had no credit! We should try to sue them, or the very lease put them out of business! They also said they made a puzzle of mine, so they are making a hell of a lot of money off our photos & we our making nothing except paying them to print a crap calendar! This is why they have NO preview of the calendar! They make u think one photo per month! We can make a better one ourselves! Irene Sophia

I sent in several pictures for the contest. A few days later I received a congratulations my picture was choosen for the calendar. Couple days later I received another congratulations. Seems I was chosen for a 2nd calendar. Now I told friends and family who purchased calendars. Fast forward to receiving a preview and 1 calendar has my name as photo credit, the 2nd no. Plus I put my name in right hand corner and that was removed. I contacted the company over a dozen times voicing my displeasure and concern. Never got a reply just a way to order more calendars. I feels this is a scam to sell calendars. Each month has between 16 or 18 pictures. These calendars cost $22.00 plus each. Just some additional information I have had my photography pictures in other calendars and never had this problem.

Cheap, cheap, cheap.

Submitted a pic and was told it had been accepted for their calender. At first I wasn't going to buy it but changed my mind. $22.95. Picture was there just as they said but was 2.5x1.5 inch in size and printed on plain medium stock paper. Front and back cover are heavyweight glossy stock like a calendar should be. Looks like a quality calendar until you open it up. The picks aren't even on glossy paper like they should be. Book style also. If the quality were better I wouldn't be so PO'ed. They infer you will jave a full page photo by saying that your pic has been accepted for their calender.

I was expecting something special. My photo was selected...along with everyone else in Georgia. It was a tiny photo in the back of the book and it didn’t even have my name on it like I clearly asked. If I had known, I wouldn’t have paid money to get it. I can make a better calendar myself.

I too had a picture that was excepted to be on the stunning South Dakota calendar and it is there in May 2022 with 15 other pictures and my name is not even on my picture so no one knows it’s mine!

As all were, I was thrilled with being included in a calendar...But, I REALLY wish I had read these reviews first. Now I'm out $40 AND I look like a complete toad for getting my family to buy them in advance. For me, it's not about the money, it's about being taken and embarrassed. Am I going to try to do something about it? HOLD MY BEER! Contacting my credit card company today. AND - WTH has my work? This how I make my living!?

I chose to look up reviews before buying and I saw you all's responses. So, I said all that to say this, and its up to you, you've had enough already, BUTTTT because I use my service and get great satisfaction, my hubby and use LegalShield attorney's available in all 50 states...and 4 providence of Canada. for $29.95 I get an attorney (20+ years tenure) (paid HIGH upfront by the company, so its cheaper for us and they work for us) we can even reach them 24/7 hours if its an emergency. I had to do it, and they PICKED UP, they will write a letter to this company on your behalf. We had to call about an insurance company that never paid us $100 for a service we never even got! GOT our funds back in an hour, it may take you longer, but not much longer, these attorney's also get back with you within 72hrs! IFFF you are interested please contact me, 804 592 6413. I've had my phone number for two years and NEVER got sexual texts from random emails until about 2-3 weeks after I submitted a photo to this company. The form requested my phone number and I never give out my number...I thought this company was legit and had no worries placing my phone number on the form. I find it suspicious that within a few days of this company texting that my photo was accepted that I started receiving these sexual texts from emails... And there is no way that I can block them.

I also received a text message saying my photo was accepted, however I did not respond as I read reviews, all bad. I had a feeling it was too good to be true, just send n a photo, and seeing everyone responding saying how excited they were to have been accepted in the calendar.
So today I received the "congratulatory" text. I DIALED THE NUMBER ON THE TEXT. A MESSAGE AT THE TOP OF THE NUMBER READ "NUMBER INVALID," To be sure, I dialed 2 .ore times. It's a fake number +18338847757 was the number on my text. But I'm not surprised, so I didn't respond to the text, not that I ever had any intention on sending g in money for a calendar...just curious to hear who would answer. I heard a few beeps.I felt it wasn't really from the start.

I was told A photo I submitted ( I say A because I don’t know which one) was to be in Delightful South Carolina 2022. Using the link, I ordered 2 copies, for a total of $39. These were
delivered today. I DO NOT have a photo in this calendar at all!

Hello I'm not soliciting you, I will say upfront I do sell legal insurance, HOWEVER, I also use the service, you can pull up the reviews. Everyone's experience is different, but for $29.95 I have peace of mind in 50 states and CANADA, I told another member about the LegalShield service. Unlimited advice, covers you, your spouse if you have one, and up to 10 children up to 26 years of age if they are in college (at $34.95 I believe for a family) We HAVE to stop letting people take advantage. Read up on it.
