I am reporting a scam on Visa Gift Card sold at Target. My boss gifted me a total of $250 gift card which he bought at Target for my baby shower. The cards were packaged well and did appear to be tampered. However, when we opened them to purchase something, the last 4 digits of the card number and security code were scratched off. There is no way to use them. Read some reviews on Target online and people have experienced the same. Target is not acknowledging this issue and would not want to refund.
