I received a notification from an employee named Jessica via both email and phone that I had won an iPad from Apple through the CVS customer loyalty program and that I was only responsible for the $14.95 shipping fee. I paid the shipping fee (by providing my personal banking information) and never received an Apple iPad. I have made every effort to contact them directly by email and by phone; neither point of contact would allow me to communicate, and they would drop off. Please advise the best course of action moving forward asap!
