Letter Head Publishers Clearing House. Stating I had won 2nd place Check enclosed for 5,984.00 from New Tech Solutions Inc. He wanted me to deposit it into my account than call him back. My security code was PCH/4373448 letter said it covered Insurance and attorneys fees. The total amt. of my winnings was 500,000.00 Promotion sponsored by Readers Digest Mega Millions and Multi-State Lottery Asso.

This letter was signed Peter Brown Chief Financial Officer.

I did Report this to Publishers Clearing House. who I have done business with.
