But in 2022, they (under the newly formed IHA Software in California) called us, telling us that unless we pay for their services that were initiated and continued in 2019, that they would continue charging for their services.
I went -- We had the same email address. Why didn't they send us a renewal contract?
I come to find out that the East coast company went defunct, they formed a new company in California, but they kep t our information.
Now in 2023, the same company calls us again. There is a Contract B (for internet protection services) that was part of the services that were initiated in 2019 and could not have been cancelled prior to February 2023. The manager calls me on a Friday afternoon to inform us that -- unless services are cancelled, they will again renew their contract for the next 4 years. Since when did we sign up for internet protection services? We only wanted spyware removed -- the first time! The guy came up with some License number that was on a school computer under mcsconfig or cmd.
