I wanted 1 t-shirt and ended up with a subscription and an order for several t-shirts. I called back to cancel everything and was told that the items had already been shipped. When the package arrived, I took it to the Post Office, UNOPENED, and they marked it refused and sent it back. After almost 2 months I called to ask about my refund and was told that they have no record of receiving the items back. I told her it was marked refused by the Post Office and returned but she repeated that they have no record of it being received so they cannot issue a refund. I am now out $70 plus dollars and have nothing but a headache to show for it. I am very disappointed that a company that claims to have "Christian" values, clearly does not!
