This company used tiktok to advertise their product. I thought i was purchasing through tiktok shop, by the time i realized that it was not a tiktok shop purchase, i messaged their customer service asking to cancel my order. They instead sent me false shipping information. They use 2 email addresses [email protected] [email protected]

I purchased 2 small body cameras from Hontty.com

They used fake tracking number and stole my money.

They have no phone number and are located in china.

Paypal refused to refund my money and decided in their favor because they sent them a fake tracking number straight from their website. I've been to the post office several times and have asked about it and have been told it is fake and there is no package.
