the call came to my work cell phone. I listened when I answered and there was a bleep then someone identifying himself as Brian Lee from Superior Home Project and that he was on a recorded line. I hung up. I called back on my office phone (land Line) and I said it's good you are on recorded line and that he needed to not call my cell anymore and that we were a business. I may have said , go find a real job and that McDonalds was hiring. Then i hung up the landline.

Impulsively came to my house without my authorization

- Glendale, CA, USA • May 10, 2023

Christopher Truitt (from whom I had previously rented a Uhaul truck) told me that he knew a construction worker who could help me with some work on my property. He asked for $800 in advance to cover the cost of materials which I sent him via Zelle in two transactions on 2/27/23 and 03/13/23. Mr. Truitt stated that he would be in charge of all financial transactions and not the contruction worker. This was a verbal agreement done in good faith and no contract. My project start date was postponed several times because the worker claimed he was busy on other jobs and never started my job. Chris told me that the worker had purchased the materials; however, no materials were left on my property nor could he produce a receipt for alleged materials. I asked Chris for the worker's number so I could contact him directly about my project. He hesitated and sent it to me two hours later, only after I left him a voicemail stating that I wanted my money back. After realizing I was dealing with a scam artist, I asked him for an immediate refund of my materials fee on 02/28/23 and told him I no longer wanted to do business with him. He agreed (via text) to give me my money back; however, I have yet to receive my refund 12 days later. I have made multiple attempts to contact Chris via phone, text, and email, but he does not pick up my calls or respond to messages. I sent him two certified letters on 05/05/23 to his home and business addresses asking him to contact me to resolve this matter. I have yet to receive a reply to the letters as well. He, basically, stole $800 from me and I simply want it returned to my account as he said that he would. In additon, under further investigation, neither Mr. Truitt nor the construction worker that he recommended to me have a contracting license. Court records show that Mr. Truitt has 19 court records on file.

He told me he was a licensed carpenter for Emory Sap in Son's.  He came over to my house.  He screwed up my deck and I had to ask him to leave.  He does not know what he is doing.  Anyone looking at his work he can not  level and square.  His real name is Chip Andeale Murray.  He just got out of prison.  I started researching him on next door and other individuals are having similar issues with this person as well.  I looked this person up on Case Net , and he has a long record. We had a agreement that I would pay him $450 dollars with a money order.  He did not want to give his name he gave me the name of his girlfriend that was working with him and her name is Saraiah Biegel.  She herself has a bit of a record.  He messed up a lot of the lumber that I had purchased.  He tore my steps completely off.  He did not cut them correctly.

Chamblee Home Improvement has taken thousands of dollars from multiple people. After the scammer receives the payment he doesn't complete the work. DO NOT HIRE HIM.

Someone is scamming using the business name: Magnum Property Management. This is an American company and does not exist in Canada. Someone is using this business name receiving cash for snow removal services. They are using my business address as their "Magnum Property Management" headquarters.

However, they do not perform any services and go missing. I am getting mail to my business address mentioning that I must perform the services or refund the cash.

I answered my door and white male around 40-50 told me, he was in the area and saw my sidewalk needed repair (it did). Told him sidewalk was city responsibility. He said he saw my broken steps off driveway and had extra cement and could fix with about 30 cubic feet of cement. I gave verbal OK and when he was finished said price was higher due to more cement needed. Price was 1100 and he make me receipt, then apparently picked it up and took it with him. I went to bank and got cash - as he asked and did not want to give him check anyway due to possible fraud on my account. I went on my neighborhood watch site and described person and truck and 4 others responded had tried to scam them. I usually do not answer my door and use cameras but was foolish for some reason.

I contacted bellevueappliace.com via phone, provided my info, then tranferred me to "Dominique Moore" the tech, we made an appt, he arrived to my house, said he did not have the parts to fix my appliances, but could do the job in 1 week. I paid the $365 for parts and labor, and "Dominique" never showed back up. After repeated calls, I gave up and considered the money lost. what a scam.

My elderly father made an appt from a coupon he received in the mail for a duct cleaning service to come out and clean his air ducts in his condo. They quoted him 79.99 over the phone which was also what the coupon said. When the "technician" arrived, he was with his wife and he told my Dad that it was going to cost 7000.00 for his ducts. My father asked him to leave and he refused and insisted on a check. When my Dad asked him again to leave, he dropped the price to 2000.00. My Dad felt very threatened by these people in his house. I feel that he was being scammed by this company and don't want other elderly people to have this same experience. He was very shaken by this experience.

This person takes on jobs and asked for deposits and does not complete the job. He intentionally leaves items that he needs to complete the work, and pretend that it causes him to have to come back. He never comes back to complete the job even though he advises that the job is complete. He installs cameras but does not install the lines to allow you to view them. He is a scammer and I now have information on other people that he has scammer. I also did not find that this business has a valid license to operate. I will be contacting the Secretary of State. Do not use this person for any service. He will run off with your money!!!

I contacted him to pour a concrete slab for me. he emailed me an estimate of $3200 for the job and wanted a $1300 concrete deposit. he scheduled me for Jan 3. did not show up. said his father was in a car accident and died. he eventually rescheduled me for Jan 19 and again didn't show up. the excuse this time was his guy got in a wreck on the way to my home. then he said he would come the following day but never showed up. he then texted me to say he would refund me my deposit. it still hasn't come.

WE HRIED THEM TO INSTALLED A NEW FURNACE AND AIR CONDITIONING...WHEN THEY FINISHED THE FURNACE I ASKED WHEN THEY CAN DO THE AIR CONDITIONG..THEY SAID THEY DONT DO AIR CONDITIONING.

THEY LIED..WHEN I CALLED TO HIRE THEM I SAID BOTH HEAT AND AIR TO BE INSTALLED. WE PAID $5600 JUST FOR THE FURNACE!

Contractor started the remodel and never finished. He blocked our number and disappeared.

I paid a down payment for fence installation and was promised the fence would be completed before winter. He kept telling me he was going to start but would never show up. He changed his phone number twice, never answered my emails or texts. He still hasn’t returned my down payment !!

Work not finished at both of my properties

I was contacted about a roof repair. We agreed to a price.

I was not completely satisfied- we agreed he would come back and clean up debris

and vegetation his crew left behind.

The first rain came and the gutters leaked, and a skylight

started dripping into the house. I called Mr. Earley, and he said he would take care of it.

He temporarily blocked off the skylight and claimed to have a new one on order.

Long story short- he is ignoring my calls and texts, the yard waste was never picked up, my old

skylight is leaking again, and the gutters are worse than when he started. He has said (and texted)

he will be by "tomorrow" many times but will not honor the contract with "10-year. workmanship

warranty".

The whole time I dealt with him; he was a poor listener with a very aggressive "salesman" pitch.

He wants to: be your friend, brag about previous work, give you the best price, uses the best products, etc.

This has been going on over 6 months. He no longer answers any attempts at communication,

and I cannot proceed until my roof stop leaking around the foundation.

Scammer advertised on Craigslist under the name, “AIRE SOLUTIONS HVAC #1, INC”. Our home was destroyed in Hurricane Ian and we are rebuilding. A contractor friend found the scammer online. We contacted Kevin Timothy Cassidy, Jr for a quote. Kevin showed up and accessed the A/C job and provided a quote for a 3-unit A/c Splits system. We asked him to revise it to a 4-unit system and he provided another quote which had another company name on it called “High Efficiency HVAC Systems Inc” (an active Corp) with another address: 3236 Forum Blvd, Unit 1209, Fort Myers, FL 33905. He told me he would need a $1500 deposit for a $8,000 job. We were in a vulnerable position at the time, trying to move our stuff to another place and Kevin assured us he would be installing all the copper lines the next couple days. We paid Kevin $1500 ($600 cash and $900 by check). That’s the last we ever heard from Kevin. He does not answer his phone or respond to texts. We later found another company name associated with Kevin T Cassidy, Jr called “Affordable AC Solutions, Inc” at 3200 Hanson St, Ft Myers, FL 33905.Phone number given: (239) 440-3004

This man is a complete fraud and apparently does this on a routine basis under multiple business names

Skylar McLeod stole $81,000 from me during a home build. He was arrested by Baldwin County Sheriff for the theft. He also stole $185,000 from ***** ******* of Mobile AL who is currently suing him. He has now changed his business name to Akribis Builders, Inc.
