The business offers a free estimate. They come out and look at the fireplace and say I can fix for 250 cash. When asked what the issue is they say again I can fix for 250. They then push the pilot light button and say fixed. They then don't provide a real invoice of work completed just what was charged. I would have paid 60 for them to come look and tell me the pilot light needs reset and I can do that for another 200. At which point I would have said no thanks I can reset the pilot light.
