Type of a scam Online Purchase

On July 14, 2024 I ordered a Wagon that converts into a 2 person chair from a Facebook ad. I also ordered 2 reusable air fryer liners for a total of $58.96 charged on my bank card. I have months worth of emails asking where my order is and at one point I was told it was delivered on 8/5/2024. I checked my Informed Delivery from the USPS and it was not listed and I also checked my security camera which shows nothing was delivered. I was then told it would arrive shortly. I have emailed this company at least three times a month. No order has been delivered and no refund sent. I also recently noticed the new website is called KAISEA. Same products etc. I have since gotten rid of that bank card but still haven't gotten a refund. I even informed them that I was going to report them as a fraudulent company. My last email was on 10/23/24 responding to his email dated 10/17/24 which he stated that the courier said the package has arrived but he didn't know when it would arrive to me. I am so sick of these kinds of companies getting away with theft. Anything we can do besides not click on an unknown company?
