Made a purchase through what I thought was a Legitimate HeyDudes website that I first I thought was just running a great early Black Friday sale. I soon found out that they were a scam when I didn’t get my order and emailed them to see what the deal was and they wouldn’t give me the shipper’s name so I could contact them directly after I was told they denied the claim for compensation for the order I didn’t receive. Then they lied repeatedly about shipping costs etc and after a lengthy back and forth I have yet to receive any compensation for the order I haven’t received. I will be filing a complaint against them with the Federal Trade Commission also to try and get resolution even if I don’t get my order cost back if the trade commission revokes their rights to do business that would be enough. They are a shady company and should not be allowed to continue to operate and steal from their customers without consequences
