They advertised ratchet straps that were retractable. I ordered two for $50 plus $4.99 shipping. Their company website states they are located in California. I ended up receiving two ratchet straps that are nothing like the ones advertised and appear to have been removed from actual packaging and a rubber band was put around them and then mailed to me. They are cheap and not even the type of strap advertised. Complete scam company.
