I purchased with VISA 6 bottles of Neurocept on November 29, 2025. I expected a formula described on TV by Sanjay Goupta on CBS News that included acetylcholine. Instead, I received a formula containing some herbs and caffiene. I sent it back immediately after reading the ingredients and requested a refund as promised on the TV ad.

I wrote an email to Customer support, [email protected].

I spoke by phone with "Michael" who requested more information, like the order number. I replied soon after by providing the order number, which took me a while to find. I told them that.

When I found the order number they requested, I followed this up with a letter (mailed at post office) on Dec. 17, 2025, requesting a refund again.

I wrote another email. The reply was that it was "too late" to deserve an email. (The original ad stated 180 days.)
