Ordered 2 clothing items online. Three weeks have passed and, I still do not have order update US (CA) to US (IN) shipping. Their shipping company 17Track is not a legit site it shows no updates.

When you email Harbor and Thorne customer service, they tell you they are escalating with shipping to get status, but nothing happens. Offered me 25% off next purchase - why would I order something again when I haven't received my 1st order. Now they are telling me they are changing fulfillment centers. Story changes daily. This is not a legit company.

Going into week 4 with no updates nor merchandize.
