Well I ordered gloves 1/30/26, received tracking number 2/1/26, and nothing. Package finally arrived after several e-mails containing apologies for delay as the "sale" was so overwhelming they couldn't keep up with production as it was a small company. Gloves finally arrived, but they are too small. You must e-mail for a refund to comply with their 6 month guarantee to get an address to send the package to, at your own expense. It took three days to receive that e-mail, and the address to send the product back to is in Manchester, England. it will cost me more than 1/2 of the cost of the gloves to send them to Manchester from the US. Also, when I put the address in Google, it shows a sushi restaurant, not any business called Hand Hearth. It appears they are playing with me -- I will try to sell the gloves outright before I send them back to a sushi restaurant!
